Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong|2.67km from city center
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, plus it was a sea-view room with the ocean right in front. It was so relaxing to watch the sea and boats during leisure time each day. The breakfast on the first floor of the hotel was excellent and quite tasty. The fermented bean curd here reminded me of my childhood, so I even took a photo as a souvenir. Since we booked the VIP floor, we also got two complimentary cocktails in the evening. This was fantastic value, especially as these cocktails cost HKD 120 each downstairs. The VIP floor also included breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. While the variety wasn't huge, if you're not too picky, it's definitely enough to have three full meals. Just a left turn out of the hotel main entrance, there's a duty-free store for major brands, which offers great value. The Bvlgari necklace I wanted to buy was about $70 cheaper than at Vancouver airport's duty-free. The ferry terminal and city tour bus stop are also just a two to three-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. If I come to Hong Kong again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

Originally, I booked a Deluxe Room, but at check-in, we paid extra to upgrade to a Sky Suite on the 19th floor. The room was incredibly spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, offering excellent light and a superb view of Victoria Harbour, with only minor obstructions. The room facilities were very complete, and the cleanliness was also excellent. The weather in Hong Kong was a bit chilly these past two days, so I didn't go swimming, but the pool looked truly beautiful! Regarding service, both the front desk and room service were excellent. I would definitely consider staying at The Royal Garden again next time.

Mong Kok Hong Kong|0.18km from city center
The location is fantastic, right above Mong Kok MTR station and next to Langham Place. The service is excellent, and all staff can speak Mandarin, with no signs of discrimination. We were also able to check in early when we arrived a bit before noon. The complimentary wine appreciation and Tai Chi classes were brilliant. The Tai Chi instructor gave many demonstrations and exercises, helping to correct our movements and explain practical applications. Learning by the rooftop pool, overlooking the Hong Kong city skyline, was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of choices, including custom-made fresh fruit and vegetable juices. The standard rooms are a little small and lack windows that open, relying entirely on air conditioning, but this is typical for hotels in Hong Kong. There's a tiny little park if you take the elevator to the basement and turn right upon exiting, which is quite a luxury in the heart of Mong Kok. Overall, highly recommended.

My friends and I recently stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel, and it was truly a perfect experience – definitely five stars! 📍 **Fantastic Location, Unbeatable Transport:** The hotel is situated right above Mong Kok East MTR station and directly connected to MOKO shopping mall. Downstairs, you'll find shops, a supermarket, and various restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to get anything you need. Mong Kok East station also offers easy access to Shenzhen or Hong Kong Island. 🛏️ **Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable Rooms:** For Hong Kong, the rooms are genuinely spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds are large and very comfortable, and the warm lighting and elegant decor create a very relaxing atmosphere. 🏊 **Excellent Facilities, Great Experience:** The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities. The rooftop sky pool offers panoramic views of Mong Kok, and swimming there at night while enjoying the cityscape is an absolute delight. 🙋 **Attentive Service, Felt Right at Home:** All the staff members were very polite, providing warm and thoughtful service. When checking out, the front desk lady even gave a small gift to my child, which was a lovely touch. 💡 **Overall:** The hotel is clean, and the service is efficient. It's a rare peaceful haven amidst the bustling city. Offering excellent value for money, I will definitely choose the Royal Plaza Hotel again on my next trip to Hong Kong!

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay Hong Kong|4.81km from city center
The hotel environment is comfortable and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. My only minor gripe was the lack of a shower stall; the bathtub wasn't very hygienic and wasn't safe or convenient for elderly guests or children. On the positive side, the staff were all very professional and courteous. The location is excellent for transport, with several bus lines right outside and the subway not far away. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, which is great for shopping.

Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong|1.89km from city center
Every time I visit Hong Kong, I choose to stay at Ramada Tsim Sha Tsui. I've always loved its location and overall service; the experience is consistently great. However, during this stay, it was the first time I encountered a towel with a noticeable stain. I'm not complaining for the sake of it, but rather as a friendly reminder to the hotel: the cleanliness and inspection of public amenities could be more thorough and attentive, ensuring subsequent guests feel even more comfortable. Overall, I'm still very satisfied and will continue to be a loyal guest. I hope the hotel keeps improving.

Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong|2.23km from city center
Considering the premium space in Hong Kong, the room size was actually decent. However, the shower drain was severely clogged; I had to stop using it when the water was about to overflow into the room, which basically turned it into an involuntary 'water-saving device.' On another note, while they claim 24-hour hot water, even in the morning it was only lukewarm, around 30 degrees Celsius. Even in the evening, the water wasn't hot enough, perhaps only around 40 degrees. For travelers tired after a day of exploring, this was pure torture. It's possible they use solar water heating, making the temperature uncontrollable. This is likely due to it being an older hotel.

The hotel is overall pretty good, but they have a big inconvenience: there are no power sockets near the bed, so we couldn’t change our mobile phones near the bed while sleeping. Also the hotel doesn’t provide disposal things like toothbrushes, combs and even water, you can only buy it at the reception desk. Moreover, the elevators are kinda slow. But despite all the facts, this hotel is good, because it’s affordable and the location is great

The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by a lively area with an abundance of diverse food options and attractions. Kowloon Park is also nearby, making it perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel itself is excellent; the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. While we waited for our room assignment, the concierge even offered us milk tea. Due to our work, we had to retrieve and return several toolboxes from storage daily, and the baggage staff were very patient, meticulously helping us register and count them each time. This hotel provides outstanding service, and I will definitely be staying here again for my business trip next year.

For this location and price point, the value for money is truly excellent. The surroundings are very convenient, with several Michelin-starred restaurants nearby, as well as Mannings and convenience stores. It's easy to get anywhere from here. The good news is it's indeed a sea-view room; the bad news is the direct view is blocked by a building, so you can only glimpse half of the sea.

The hotel location is excellent—very convenient and close to the MTR station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff are also friendly and helpful, which made the stay more comfortable. However, the downside is that the room furniture feels quite worn out and very old, which takes away from the overall experience. That said, if you value location and service, it’s still a solid choice for a stay in Hong Kong.

Excellent! It's rare to find such spacious family rooms in Hong Kong. The bathroom was also very big, and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel even offers a shuttle bus to other parts of Kowloon, which is very thoughtful. Just one small thing: do we need to press the 'clean room now' button for housekeeping these days? We came back at 5 PM after going out and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. But after a quick call, they sorted it out immediately. Overall, a very satisfying hotel, highly recommended!

The location is veryyyyyy good close to everything from shopping to tourist attractions. Also surrounding with local food and western which more option to choose from. Reasonable price. One of the lower rate I give was there was no information about no water for the whole building and no one informed us at all until we call and find out. Amenity kit you have to paid for it which wrong from the booking description. This part should update to let other customer know. If the hotel want to be eco environment on amenity kit they can choose other way rather then let customers pay for those. Beside that every other thing is excellent. Looking forward to stay there again for the near future.

Traveling to Macau with my 90-year-old father, we stayed at the Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around, and our overall experience was excellent. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were warmly greeted and guided through the check-in process. The hotel offers a thoughtful taxi service, and the breakfast, in particular, was incredibly nutritious, abundant, diverse, and made with fresh ingredients. The elegant and beautiful restaurant environment also greatly enhanced our dining experience. It was a truly special stay, and I highly recommend this hotel as a top choice for anyone visiting Macau.

Our recent stay was a pleasant and memorable one overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was impressively spacious, offering a very comfortable stay, and the highlight was definitely the beautiful view, it added a relaxing touch to both our mornings and evenings. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, situated right next to Sands Hotel, where buses are easily accessible to various tourist spots, making it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the buffet, which had a good spread of options, and the overall ambience of the dining area was lovely and inviting. That said, there is some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, as certain areas of the room could have been better maintained. Nonetheless, with the great service, spacious room, and excellent location, it was still a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful! Seeing that there were three of us, they kindly upgraded us to a family suite for free and even brought up extra toiletries without us asking. The room itself was huge! The beds, I'd say about 1.5m by 2m, were incredibly large and comfortable. After using a Trip.com discount, we got the room for around 300 MOP a night, which is an amazing deal. Calling the front desk for service was also super prompt. It's really rare to find such good service in a crowded place like Macau Peninsula. The hotel is right next to a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. If you're looking to explore the Peninsula for a day or two, Hotel Rio is a perfect choice – highly, highly recommended! It's less than a 10-minute walk to Senado Square, making it easy to get anywhere on the main island.

I've stayed here countless times, usually for about a week each visit. The hotel service keeps getting better, and the toiletries in the rooms have been upgraded and are much nicer than before. I always have friendly chats with Manager Huang in the lobby.
