Great location beside Harbour City and Gateway Arcade and only 5 mins to star Ferry. Staff were polite but not overly helpful. We were supposed to have a welcome fruit bowl but didn't. Room was a good size and very comfortable but the electrical fittings are over due for refurbishment. Will use again because of location.

Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

Mong Kok Hong Kong|0.18km from city center
We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. The Hollywood cafe nearby serves very nice condensed milk butter buns.

Highly recommend for families travellers to stay here as they have a relatively big room compared to others hotel in HK and they have 2 queen beds in the room! Overall I had a great experience staying here, it was quite clean and the hotel staffs were really helpful. It’s also a good location as it’s just above the Moko shopping mall and the mongkok east lrt! Would definitely stay here again next time!

Location quite good, close to MTR and trans etc. Staff in hotel and at breakfast very nice, front desk seemed abrupt. Room, corridors and facilities all clean but very tired - the hotel seems older than it actually is. Rooftop pool was cold but beautiful; fantastic views. What made the difference between mediocre and good for me was the breakfast, which was amazing. A huge range of every kind of food imaginable - Western-style cooked, continental, local food, fruit, yogurts, cereals, bread, pastries, rolls. Really impressive and very nice staff in attendance. My room was a bit chilly and I couldn’t get air con to blow warm air so they brought me an electric heater which did the trick. Shower was only lukewarm but I’m sure if I’d called front desk they would have tried to sort it.

- Location is very good, easy to get to Jordan station never had to use a taxi. A lot of shops and restaurants all around. You can walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and the K11. U - Clean but small. The room is very small there is no cupboard space. The shower pressure is very good but bathroom is very small as well. There is no soap to wash your hands. - the service is good, front desk is helpful with inquiries. The cleaning staff is also very nice and accommodating. - the hotel lacks the amenities of other ramada chain hotels. The quality standard is definitely lower, however it’s all worth the price relative to other hotels in HK that meet the same standards.

We were checked in to the newly renovated floor. The room is bright. However, the craftsmanship was very ordinary. Everytime I opened the bathroom door, there was a loud noise coming from the ceiling. I found the staff at the reception and concierge extremely friendly and professional. You'd expect a desk or workspace in every room to be de rigeur in a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately this is Hong Kong. My previous hotel did not have that, and I ended up with a very sore back from being hunched over. The Ramada, however, at least has a little adjustable tabletop and a stool in the room. But what was really a godsend was the lounge / business centre next to reception. Lots of tables in a bright and comfy room, it became my office of sorts. The staff are nice and accommodating, letting me use it in the middle of the night as well. Thanks to them and the room, I was able to clear my work and fully enjoy my last few days in HK.

The location is just 5 minutes walk to terminal 1 which is what I want and like. Very convenient for catching morning flight. The toilet was dated and need renovation. The room was comfortable for our family of 4. The bathroom shower was a bit disappointing though because it wasn't fully enclosed, so it was easy to get the floor wet. We loved the water bottle provided in the room for reuse. Convenient location to visit a variety of places. Several bus stops within close proximity and the tram across the street. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great value for money especially with breakfast included in the rate. The kids loved the gifts they received upon check in. Overall a very good experience. 👍

I have booked a harbour view room. The reason was to take excellent sea and high level view at still affordable middle range prices, while also be at walk distances to some businesses places at a hurry beforehand to get used for excellent public transport system. I was strictly disappointed when I had firstly been directed to a room at 21f with small little corner window and overall not as advertised by picture from room size and its geometry. I even hardly understand where the sea/harbour is, since you see nothing that buildings. It might be ok for other purposes but not to take real inspiration and feelings. After my conversation with a service, they kindly change the room with ‘upgrades’ from 21 to 29 f but saying that I would rather contact them beforehand of needs of last floor / highest floor. That was the same room as displayed, so I feel happy. It matches the point. If you would like to take a look at night bars at LKF as well, it is also very good still calm area, but in 10 min walks to the party centres. So please be in contact with hotel beforehand making a un refundable pay, if the harbour view and a higher floor is a must feature.

The room I was offered was big and clean with a view facing Macau Tower. If you want tranquility, it is a very good option as there is no ****** and far from the crowd. One can take bus no 9 or 16 or it is just 20 minutes walk (including 2 minutes walk on paved slope) from the city centre to the hotel. The day I had breakfast met a large group of packaged tour. You can tell the hotel’s age by its lobby, and it can get really busy especially in the afternoon and with a ****** connected to it. While the hotel room itself is spacious, clean and well appointed, the overall design of the hotel is a very typical tacky type of grandeur you would find in **************. It has that dark, busy design. The people working there were very friendly and helpful however, and the breakfast was fantastic. They have a cheese platter, deli meats, breakfast burritos, different kinds of oils and sauces for pasta, salmon, rye bread, and the pastry on offer was really good, especially the flavored croissants.

I really like the toddlers dental kit super cute, and gave us more bath robe. I could see the swimming pool from the windows. The swimming pool water was clean and we love the pool since it’s has a heater. And the good thing if you don’t have a sunblock, a huge gallon available there which is free to use. And we did enjoy at the jacuzzi. There are lots of expensive stores around if you want to shop. The staffs are very friend and gave us fruits in the room.

This hotel is a family Hotel where you have everything within the and obviously the ****** is an added attraction for adults. The free bus provided to Macau is also making my stay better but I feel that the starting time should be adjusted to 10 AM instead of 12 noon. I find the serving of popcorn is something which allowed Family having children an added attraction. The checking in counter is also very well staffed and was done orderly and fast. The rooms were huge and clean. The location of the hotel is ideal, there is convenience store just directly beside the hotel and there were eateries nearby within walking distance. The place is not overly crowded with people and not secluded either. Just right for our liking. The service at the front desk were alright. The hotel breakfast was horrible though, the restaurant was crowded, the food stations were unkept and the food itself was either too dry, too oily or taste bland. It was disappointing as the breakfast doesn't come with the hotel room booking, we made separate purchase for it. I would still consider staying in the same hotel for the rooms but definitely not getting their breakfast again.
