The breakfast places were too small and there were too many people waiting in line, definitely not enough capacity to hold the guests conveniently. Hope they can find a solution, for this. I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

The room is exactly the same as I stayed 10 years ago. Rooms and amenities are dated. The service is average, no personal touches, didn’t even get help with my luggage at taxi drop off. Still using small bottles of shampoo & conditioners, plastic water bottles. No Netflix or even connection to your phone. I would give this Grand Hyatt at 4* hotel only.

Feeling very disappointed at very beginning, when we arrived at hotel front desk around 14:40, a male receptionist without checking our name or the system telling me that they are fully booked, and checkin starts at 15:00, then when a Korean couple arrived they checked-in successfully, so I went to him, he said because they are member, and the attitude weren't good. So, I argued that I'm hotelier, so I know how system and procedure would be like, asking him without checking in Opera or their system and the room type booked, he already know there's no room? and in 10 minutes will be a room available? And why cannt he do the registration first? his attitude shows that he's being ******! This first impression was very bad! However the HSKP and call center service was very good, and deliver things we asked effeicently! Yet, the first impression ruined majority experience. 我们在办入住的时候遇到一个有****的韩国男生，我们到酒店是14：40左右，但是这个前台的男生连系统都没有查就告诉我们没有房，他们正常办理入住的时间是15：00，我自己作为在酒店工作的人看到这种很生气，因为本来是很理解同行的，就想着算了20分钟就不和他较劲了。但是转头一对韩国夫妇就办理了入住了，我就很生气，因为本身他的态度就很不好。我就气和他吵了一下，说流程不该是先看看有没有房，你都不知道我们订的什么房型，然后你告诉我十分钟后就能有房？这是想干嘛呢！ 后面的入住体验还可以，打电话让送东西的和清洁都还挺好的，但第一印象很不好！所以能不住还是尽量不住这家酒店。

The hotel is very well located in Dongdaemun with the building connected to Hyundai outlet malls and doota. Everything is within walking distance for night shopping and also DDP which is the new culture park. Right out of the doorstep there is a food street and many restaurants. Room is clean with a functioning AC. The size of the room is relatively good for this class of hotel, providing ample space for 2 large suitcases. There is everything you need in the room. The TV channels are international as well covering all languages. I would bring own slippers as they only provide reusable rubber ones and you would need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide it. There is a 24hr CU mart inside the hotel which is like a local 7-11. There is also a GoKart experience in the hotel on the 14/f which is kinda fun for a group of friends. Transportation routes are easy and all the taxi drivers seem to know of this hotel. I would recommend staying here for those that are roaming the Dongdaemun and it’s surrounding areas.

The walk from seoul station is not that near. Quite a long walk with direct underpass but flat surface. Take note the underpass only 6am-11pm only. Room was huge for 1 pax, you can even open 2 big luggages on the floor. Had the first guest floor which is on 20th floor, which is quite high already. Room was clean and pillow was soft. Iron only 1 in laundry room.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

This is the view I had when I arrived and when I woke up. Right at the foot of the bed. The location is great. I was able to walk to amd from the market a few times in the day. I did walk all the way to Seoul Tower seen in the pics. I didnt time the walk because I was randomly walking in that direction, exploring. The busy map was day 2, the chill map was day 1. I didnt use an app for directions I just used landmarks. Its easy 😅. The hotel desk ordered a taxi for me to get to Seoul Station. My room had a bath. Loved it. The wall is high so hang your towel, bathe, wrap up in towel, sit on tub wall and get out. Its safer. They have a corner store in the lobby for food, wine and beer.

Everything was great except that the room really is very small. Locations is not bad, as have convenience store downstairs with alot of buses to main attractions. Aircon will automatically turn off, there is no air circulation and is stuffy. Have reported to the hotel but they say they are unable to do anything as it is central control, there is a sensor to turn off the Aircon when the room temperature is met. Requested to check and get back on the solution as we are staying 4 nights but until we check out no one has contacted us.

We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and balcony. It was clean and had toiletries, robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and a mini fridge bar. The temperature was easy to control and adjust to our liking. The outdoor spa, also with an ocean view, was free with our room and the pools with water from local hot springs were clean, relaxing, and beautiful. The breakfast buffet, though pricey, was the best we’ve ever had with both western and eastern cuisines (and again, that beautiful view of the beach!). The staff was very professional, welcoming, and kind.

Nice central hotel right on the beach. The room was large, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The mini bar was free once per stay, there was still water, sparkling water and a pack of Pringles. Unfortunately there were a lot of children in the pool area, so swimming or relaxing was hardly possible. It would be good if the pool was only open to adults in the evening hours. The staff were very friendly. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

Park Hyatt Busan is located in the Haeundae district of Busan, to the North of Busan Station. Getting here cost about 20,000 KRW by taxi. While the hotel is located somewhat far from some of the major tourist attractions like Gamcheon village, the amenities and the service of this hotel were absolutely impeccable. From the moment we alighted from the taxi, porters took our luggage bags and we were whisked to the hotel lobby on the 30th floor. The elevator doors opened to an expansive and impressive view of Busan. The standard deluxe room was very spacious for 2 persons, clean, and luxurious. Everything felt very modern. The sockets were also international, obviating the need for adaptors. The views from the room were fantastic too. The bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a shower equipped with Le Labo soaps, and a bath tub. The toilet was equipped with a Toto Japanese bidet. We will definitely return if we are ever back in Busan.

I have been to many hotels in Busan, but I am very satisfied with this hotel. The swimming pool and outdoor pool were warm and the friendliness of the staff was different from other hotels. I felt very grateful that they tried to do their best when I requested things like adjusting the kids lounge use time or vehicle departure time. And since I have a child, I was a bit concerned about walking around barefoot on the carpet, but was there a turndown service while I was away? Thank you for taking off your slippers and laying them out on the carpet so that you can comfortably replace them. Thank you for checking carefully to see if anything was lacking. The boss was so kind and the breakfast was delicious. It was good because it was close to Haeundae Beach and not far from the subway station. I will use it again in the wall ~

This hotel is probably one of the most well equipped, comfortable hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The staff are very kind and helpful! ❤️☺️ The only thing I would have liked to see was a room service menu with food/snacks/drinks etc.

The location of the hotel was unclear, so I walked for about 15 minutes. When I went in, The counter staff greeted me very kindly. The indoor facilities were clean and it was very nice to have a bath to relieve fatigue. Breakfast was provided free of charge the next morning. It was neat and clean, and the menu was appropriate, so I enjoyed my meal. Next time I come to Busan, I would like to stay again. I highly recommend it to my friends!!!

Good location with Starbucks and e-Mart 24 hrs. Poor communication skill in English. But will try their best to help. They will come up to the room within 5min. Excellent response. The walkway to the room is extremely dark which make packing of luggage tough, as the room is small, there is not much space to put 2 luggage. Hope to see improvement in lighting of the room. There is only heater in the room thus the room Is very stuffy. No ac.. you will go open the window and my room Is facing the road so you will hear traffic Towel is torn and old. Hope to see improvement.
