I highy recommend this hotel as next to line 5 station, airport bus stop, 3 BIG shopping centres, 4 convenience stalls! Very good location with train lines as well as 24 hours eateries (like LA Bab) in the opposite street & nearby local market. The room slightly smaller but go with marriot management so can feel the 4/5 stars vibes! The train sounds are soft that i can sleep even we are staying low floors! The staffs are wonderful to help us call our driver and try to make our special request met. Very secure, clean and even a microwave at Level 3! I would love to go back again for my next trip. Duco, Sean & another of their colleague who can speal good english are wonderful to assist us but don't know how I can give them a compliment to Marriot!

Because of the full sea view room, you can see the beautiful sea view and beach as soon as you enter the room. No matter it is day or night, it is good to sit in front of the window and stare blankly. The aunt who cleaned the room on the 8th floor was super nice. Although she couldn't communicate in language, she even bought candy for the child on the day before leaving. There are quite a lot of restaurants near the hotel, and you can take a walk by the sea after eating. The beach is just across the road, very convenient. There will be a chance to stay again.

When checking in, I asked if there was a disposable sponge, and they said they would bring it up to the room, so I told them that if they didn't, I would come down and get it. (It was okay if it wasn't there. I just asked if it was there.) But they called and said, ”We'll prepare a sponge and deliver it directly to your room.” I said okay, and while I was waiting, they called again and said, ”We're sorry, but it's difficult to provide that kind of service.” . It was absurd. You said you would prepare it and give it to your room, but why did you suddenly say no? I think it would be good to investigate properly from the beginning and provide guidance.

This hotel was fine for my needs. I was out of the hotel most of the day, so it was just a place to sleep. This was my first time to Seoul so I didn’t know what to expect. The hotel staff was really kind, spoke English well, and answered a lot of my questions, they gave a great recommendation for a very local breakfast restaurant nearby. It was clean, aside from some of the grouting in the shower and one of the coffee mugs in the room was not cleaned well. The towels need an upgrade. The bed isn’t super soft. The room itself almost felt like a private university dorm room. There’s a mini fridge, a kettle, and a place to hang some clothes. There is a coffee shop and bakery directly downstairs and the metro is right around the corner, so the location was incredibly convenient. Overall, I think it’s an average hotel suitable for a traveler on a budget if you’re not spending a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was great!

the location and facility condition was great, however, i think the service attitude was not so great. I think they are not 'fully open' yet, rather 'soft open'. for example, they wouldn't accommodate ice nor additional chair for the room. Understandable that room was cozy and perhaps not fit for additional chair, but their response attitude was so abrasive and it was a turn off. When they are 'fully open' I hope their hospitality will be fully operational as well.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

The Springhill Suites was walking distance to two excellent restaurants: The Crepery and Big Daddy's BBQ. For souvenir shopping, it was right across the road from Arctic Traveller's Gift Shop. And for last-minute winter/outdoor clothing, Big Ray's was just a few steps away. Despite being given a room on the second floor, it was quiet and we could not hear any street noise. The room was large with a very comfortable sofa in a separate sitting area. The decor was rather dated, but we had all we needed, like a microwave oven and coffee maker. We travelled during winter, and the room was always warm, but it would have been good to have somewhere to hang our heavy winter jackets. Service at the front desk was hit and miss; there were some who were friendly and helpful, others who seemed to be inconvenienced by our queries or requests. I'd like to give special thanks to Bernie, our shuttle driver. Our luggage was delayed and we had to make an extra trip to the airport to collect it. Bernie not only sent us to the airport, he waited for us while we retrieved the bag, all done with good cheer and reassurances that things will be ok. He has certainly set the bar very high for service.

Advantages: The room is quite big and clean. There is a simple coffee machine in the room with four bags of coffee a day. There is also a coin-operated laundry room. The location should be in the city center, close to the Fairbanks community museum, and there are several restaurants around it that are delicious. For breakfast, there are three hot dishes (bacon, eggs, fried potato wedges), fruits and so on. Disadvantages: 1. Breakfast time is 6:30-8:30, after 8:30 it will be collected. 2. The bathroom decoration is quite old.

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Upon entering, the concierge was attentive and provided the necessary service and guidance. The lobby was splendid and looks to be a grand hotel in its early days. It looks real good now and didn’t regret booking it. The room is a little aged but has the necessary amenities. But basically everything is charged so pay attention to amenities in the room for what is free and what you have to additionally pay. We had the balcony room which faces the sea. Love it to relax and got some good videos of the airplanes leaving Jeju airport. Though you can hear the planes from the room, it wasn’t noisy and quite soothing. Then again, I was totally tired and slept like a baby. Would totally recommend the hotel but don’t expect much. Location is easy to walk to the market, about a good 15mins walk.

We stayed in a standard twin room for 3 nights. The sink was spacious and the water area was clean, and the room had enough room to spread out two suitcases. I was also happy that there was a lot of storage space. There are also quite a few power outlets. However, I was worried that I didn't know how to operate the TV and could only see one channel lol. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, and everyone served customers courteously. I think the location is very convenient as there are many food restaurants in the area and there is an e-mart within a 10 minute walk. Please note that this e-mart or the nearby Lotte Hotel are the only machines available to charge your WOWPass in Jeju City!

It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The best place for a family trip! The location is a bit disappointing, but it is very spacious inside and has good facilities, so it is good for families. In particular, the swimming pool is heated, so it's good for swimming even in the winter, and the indoor pool is operated at different depths, so my child loved it. There is also a small kids cafe in the auxiliary facilities and it is very spacious so it is not a burden to walk around. It's worth to stay in this hotel, just around USD100 per night for 3 adults. The hotel is near the sea, I chose the seaview room and it's really worth. Eating a McDonald breakfast in the room's balcony with an excellent seaview is so kice to remember. The room is small but acceptable. No toothbruses and toothpaste provided, only reusable slippers can be used. Shampoo and body wash are provided. One socket is international and one is Korean style. Room is clean. It is just a 10 minute walk to Black Pork Street in which there are many BBQ pork restaurants. As I see, only 2 of them have many customers. And Dongmun Market is also nearby, you can buy many Jeju's food there and eat street food as your lunch. There are some seafood restaurants just next to the hotel but I didn't go as it seems to be imposter and I don't familiar with the price of seafood. I tried the swimming pool next day. It's small but free of charge, with only towel rental at 1000 Won. And therebis a warm water jacuzzi to relax. Not bad

Good for a walk along the coastal bike path There is ample parking for about 10 cars and charging space for 2 electric vehicles. If you arrive late and the parking lot is full, you can park on the shoulder of the street directly below. A heated pool during the day and night, great for enjoying time when you don't have a schedule. The sea view is also nice👍 Secluded and quiet rest area 30 minutes away from major tourist attractions I stayed two nights in a row and will come again next year~~~~

It was a place I went with really no expectations, so I could be more satisfied. I stayed for one night on August 15th, during peak vacation season, but the reason I decided to stay here was because it was close to the airport, and I was looking for a quiet place away from the city center. It is a surrounding environment where you can fully enjoy the wind of Jeju Island and the sea leading to Olle Trail 17. Rooms at this resort have spacious jacuzzi tubs so you can spend time in the water with the view from the room. The bed sheets were clean and there was no smell. Towels were also plentiful. Convenience stores and places to eat were outside, so it was a bit disappointing It was also very nice to go out for a walk while looking at the sea. We packed sashimi and stewed fish from the surrounding area and ate together.

Located in the middle of Jeju Island, I booked because I expected it to be accessible. If you don't go to Mt. Hanra, you don't have to set up a hostel near Mt. Hanra. I wanted a high floor but I was not assigned because there was no room. The accommodation is similar to the structure of the usual apartment. I asked for a needle late at night because I needed it.
