The location is very convenient. Stayed here for one night with our family. When we first walked in, the hotel had a slightly eerie vibe, maybe because of the atmosphere and the lobby being on the 22nd floor. Our room was on the 25th floor. My son found the room a little too dim at first, but we were able to adjust the lighting. The TV setup wasn’t the best, but it was still okay, and we managed to relax and watch a movie or two. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the view was really nice. Overall, we had a comfortable and restful stay. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the hotel. We’d be happy to stay again! 😊✨

The hotel is a bit old, but the lobby is beautiful, with a chapel and banquet hall for weddings. The room is a bit small, but that's probably acceptable for Osaka. The hotel breakfast is definitely worth trying.

The location is superb, directly connected to Namba Station! The staff were kind, the place was clean, and the open view was especially amazing. Enjoyed a can of beer every night while taking in the night view. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka! All the staff members were so friendly. The bathtub filled up quickly too – I highly recommend accommodations with a bathtub when traveling to Japan! Plus, connecting to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services on the TV was super easy and convenient.

The hotel is in a great location, with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby, and it’s just a short walk to the main shopping areas. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The reception area, lobby, and even the elevators have a luxurious and elegant feel. However, the rooms are somewhat dated and have an old-fashioned style compared with the rest of the hotel. Our three-bed room was a little small for a family, but the view from the 29th floor was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Very comfortable, with beautiful night views. The breakfast in the morning was incredibly rich and delicious. The hotel itself is large and grand. There's a convenience store and a big supermarket downstairs, and the airport shuttle bus stop is right next door, making the location extremely convenient.
