The pounding right against my wall started at precisely 9AM this morning, then came the buzz saws. Ace Hotel always had a kind of punk rock vibe, but in this case "punk rock" means not letting your guests sleep in and instead attacking them. Please schedule your pounding, slamming, cutting and banging for later in the day. When you do it like this you just ensure we never come back.

Beautiful hotel right off bourbon street. You get what you pay for with this hotel and it doesn’t disappoint from the multiple live events during our stay or the award winning restaurant right in the lobby you cannot beat this location for staying in the city

A very good option for staying in New Orleans. Parking is very expensive, but that's how it is everywhere in that area. I recommend looking for parking options online using Spothero. For the $50 USD the hotel charges, I got a 24-hour in-and-out space for $13 USD, a 9-minute walk from the hotel.

Tevreden van het verblijf en het hotel. Geen ontbijt vanuit het hotel. Wel mogelijk in het daarnaast gelegen restaurant. Ik heb de hoekkamers geboekt en die was enorm ruim.  Rustig gelegen doch kort bij het centrum. Er werd wel tot 700 euro tijdens mijn verblijf gereserveerd op mijn creditcard. Daar heb ik uiteindelijk een maand op moeten wachten en heb ik meermaals voor moeten mailen.

Room was nice but showed some signs of wear (water damage in bathroom), beat up floors. Staff was not very friendly. But hotel had a great location and overall had lots of nice spots to hang out.

This was my second stay here, however my first under new ownership. Love it here! Suggestions I would add is get a whole building fragrance machine because the hallways smell bad. Also the breakfast in the restaurant was awful. They changed the menu and the eggs were awful then served chunked potatoes fries as home fries!! Very bad restaurant experience!! Keep the old menu, it was wayyyy better!!

Was not what I was expecting for the price. Called two weeks ago and was told parking was free for guests. Today I’m told is $50 for one night. Called for directions regarding valet parking and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Asked about the airport and rental car returns and the shuttle between terminals. No one seemed to know. For an out of town travelers that important information. Really not a good experience.
