Review: Exceptional Hospitality and Service
I must say, the hospitality was truly 5-star.
On my first night, I discovered hair stuck on my towel as I opened it, so I notified the room service attendants and requested that all towels and my bedsheets be changed.
To my satisfaction, my request was fulfilled promptly.
Unfortunately, I later noticed that the newly changed bedsheet was also dirty, so I went down to reception to raise the issue. That evening, when I returned to my room, I was informed that they had replaced everything.
Amazing job!
From that point on, the staff made sure—every day and night—to check on me and ensure my room was up to my expectations. I only wish I had taken down the names of the room service attendant and the manager in charge, because their attentiveness to detail and service was remarkable.
The rooms are relatively large, and the hotel is located in a very strategic area with easy access to MRTs, bus stops, subways (to reach the beach), food courts, and Parkway Parade Mall.
I would definitely book this place again on my next stay in Singapore for the convenience and the truly outstanding hospitality.
