Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy

True enough, we really extended the stay for another night so that my vacation can be stretched longer and we can get to relax and chill inside the hotel room with the comfortable bed, air-con and amenities in the Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore even though it is another night. Always felt that our stay here is always not being enough. We are happy and glad that we have enjoyed ourselves throughout our stay as per usual. Thank God that we are not required to change the hotel room due to my extension of another night. Was thankful to the service staff whom have attended to us for the check-in process and the programming of our existing hotel key card for the extension of 1 night. Was happy and glad that my late extension was granted as l have an eldery parent and will required to take a longer time and get her ready during our stay throughout. And we will be back real soon for our next StayCation adventure over here. Cheers.

Got a email from the hotel just for just for $32 more to upgrade to executive room with extra bed prepared upon arrival. The club benefits was nice … services is excellent just the children pool abit disappointed

Review: Exceptional Hospitality and Service I must say, the hospitality was truly 5-star. On my first night, I discovered hair stuck on my towel as I opened it, so I notified the room service attendants and requested that all towels and my bedsheets be changed. To my satisfaction, my request was fulfilled promptly. Unfortunately, I later noticed that the newly changed bedsheet was also dirty, so I went down to reception to raise the issue. That evening, when I returned to my room, I was informed that they had replaced everything. Amazing job! From that point on, the staff made sure—every day and night—to check on me and ensure my room was up to my expectations. I only wish I had taken down the names of the room service attendant and the manager in charge, because their attentiveness to detail and service was remarkable. The rooms are relatively large, and the hotel is located in a very strategic area with easy access to MRTs, bus stops, subways (to reach the beach), food courts, and Parkway Parade Mall. I would definitely book this place again on my next stay in Singapore for the convenience and the truly outstanding hospitality. Thank you again to the staff of Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy for making my stay so pleasant.

The room is of nice size for 2 person. There's gym/ pool at level 4. Amenities can be requested via QR code provided in room. Overall recommend for a stay.

Choose this hotel because of its location, near MRT station and near Joo Chiat. Despite been renovated in 2024, it still feels rather old. Some areas could use more attention, especially the lighting fixtures which look rusty. The corridor area also have some mushy smell. The towel used also like ‘grey’
