Excellent location, historic hotel with modern conveniences. Refrigerator was helpful, although could have used a bit more storage or table space.

I didn’t book this trip at all and trip.com wouldn’t refund it! Scam!

This hotel was brilliant. The location is amazing, right next to the common and many other attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of history. My teens were very excited to be sleeping across the hall from room 303 but no ghosts were seen 😄. Creme pies were delicious.

Great staff, fab location but the room was a bit tired. Loud air conditioning unit and small bathroom.

The hotel's location is decent, taxis are readily available, and the service is quite good. The heating was excellent when I visited in March. It's a wonderful city, I love Boston! The basic room was really small, and they assigned me a last-minute room, even though the hotel wasn't that busy. The room looked very different from the picture on the booking page. After communicating with Ctrip customer service, I opted for an upgrade at the front desk, and the upgraded room was much better.

The hotel's location is truly superb; it's within walking or subway reach of restaurants and attractions, saving a lot of travel time. Despite being over a hundred years old, the room facilities are quite new, and the beds are very comfortable.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center, making it convenient to get around. The facilities are above average. The single rooms are small, making it suitable for solo travelers or couples.
