The service at this hotel was very thoughtful and attentive. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. I especially liked the small details around the hotel. Even the toiletries in the bathroom had cute quotes on them, which made the experience feel warm and personal. It was a nice touch that made me smile. The room was clean and well-prepared, and everything I needed was provided. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Super spacious & clean room just like in the photo. Comfy bed, good work station, nice hot shower, and good vibe. We stayed on the ground floor with blind curtain that still feel peaceful and privacy. It’s good to have kitchen area with fridge, microwave, and sink in the room. HCM is busy city but we can feel peace here as it was quiet at night. It’s just a short 5-20 minute motorcycle or car ride away from main attractions. There’s Pizza 4P’s cafe here but we ended up dine in at restaurants anyways. Quick & responsive with staff via chat. 2nd time staying at M village while traveling in Vietnam, and we’ll stay again.

Pros: Affordable rate, convenient shops and local eateries nearby, quiet place (＜100m away from main road traffic), Quick check in, comm with staff using Whatsapp, spacious room, big fridge, microwave oven, hot water and pressure is good. Improvements: Additional chair in room, tighten loose fittings in bathroom, clean up general walking area around lobby and stairs.

The team here and wonderful. I checked in just before midnight and my check out was at 5am. They were on hand to help throughout! The room was clean and as advertised. Would 100% stay here again!
