每位工作人員都非常熱情，幫忙送行李到房間。房間準備了泡腳桶、蒸汽眼罩、酸奶等各種貼心小物，工作人員送到房間時明確告知沒有二次消費。逛月牙泉碰到下雪，風吹得頭疼，懶得出門覓食，正好酒店送了麪條，第二天早餐非常豐盛，很滿意。

從接機接站、主動拎行李，到見面必問好、提醒天氣，每個環節都顯貼心；房間還準備了蘇打水跟酸奶。西北乾燥配加濕器，徒步歸來有泡腳桶，洗衣房+晾衣亭免費使用。酒店有衹貓咪叫洲洲：大堂“治癒擔當”，洲洲堪稱“大堂經理”，常悠閑“坐班”，在大堂椅子上仰睡，性格親人不怕生。自帶治癒屬性，旅途疲憊時擼擼貓超解壓，成為敦煌旅行的意外温暖記憶。

酒店門口停車位少，但後面有個很大的停車場，還有充電樁！訂的大床房給升級了親子房，房間有加濕器，住的還不錯！6樓有洗衣房，有9個洗衣機沒有烘乾機，但有晾衣亭，聽説一個多小時就能把衣服晾乾，南方人不信，試了一下還真是，這地方不是一般的幹哪！

Really good service and friendly staff all around. Huge rooms, big breakfast spread, and free noodles in the evening. A little pricey though for the city location but walking distance to most shopping and the night market.

Booked two nights at this hotel for Mogao caves tour. Service at the hotel is excellent. Better than any other l have stayed before. Room is very clean and updated. It way exceeded my expectations . Photo shows tea set with two kinds of nice tea provided.

超出預期。本來對旅遊旺季的酒店不抱太大期望，酒店硬件其實不算特別出彩，但是服務特別好，停車場也寬敞方便，有很多小驚喜，是一路走來服務最好的一家。走了15000步，晚上舒服泡個腳真是很戳我，謝謝

服務態度非常好，入住時主動幫忙提行李，還送至房間。贈送杏幹茶、酸奶，礦泉水也送很多，送的李廣桃也很新鮮爽口。設施稍微有點不完美，淋浴花灑的支架有點松，衞生間的門鎖也壞了，智能馬桶也不能臀洗，但總的來説還是很值得，非常推薦。
