Tokyu Stay Shinjuku

Room size isn't huge, but the layout is very practical. I could easily open my suitcase, and for one person, it felt quite spacious. Everything was very clean. The hotel is located in a bustling area, making it super convenient to get anywhere. You can walk to pretty much all of Shinjuku. Service was excellent, and the staff explained everything very clearly. The only downside was that the bathroom fan couldn't be turned off, which made the bathroom quite cold.

Excellent stay! The lobby staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. Our room was spacious, bright, and very clean. We especially loved the large TV with 4K dedicated channels, offering vivid and vibrant picture quality. The shower had advanced facilities with great water pressure, and both the air conditioning and air purifier worked wonderfully. It's also nice to have the option to open the windows for fresh air. The washing machine and microwave were very practical. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a perfect start to our mornings. A special shout-out to one of the Shanghai-born staff members, who was very diligent and responsible. The hotel is conveniently located: if you're coming from JR Shinjuku Station East Plaza exit, walk east towards Isetan, and once you see the LV store, the hotel is just 100 meters away. For the Toei Subway, Shinjuku-sanchome C3 and C4 exits are the closest. Shopping and dining options are all within 100 meters, and there's a 7-Eleven supermarket right downstairs. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!
