Petit Palace Cliper-Gran Vía

It was an Amazing stay, location is just perfect, 1 sec walk from Gran Via, near Primark, Zara, Uniqlo and best other shops, lots of place to eat around. The breakfast in the hotel was good, but the coffee machine was broken most of the days we stayed there. The people in the front desk were lovely and helped us with everything we needed.

I like the a details as coffe machine with caps coffe and milk, brushteeths, slippers and 2 complementary botles of water . Quick chech in and chevh out. Very good breakfast.

The place is definitely in need for an update, the furniture is very old but it works. The staff is very nice and the location is great which is the main reason we chose this place, but it definitely doesn’t look like the pictures

The room was clean, comfortable beds! The breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful.

We went during September and the weather was still warm. Our stay was good, the staff was great the location was very convenient steps from La Gran Via. Our only complaint was the AC, it never worked and the room felt hot. We let the front desk know and they provided us with a fan but was not enough.
