They only provide free bottled water on the first day.. There's a mart nearby haha. They charge a fee for housekeeping... Everything else was great. I'd probably book here again haha.

Great size for solo travelers, but might be a bit tight for two. Because it's an eco-friendly hotel, in-room housekeeping comes with an extra charge! Something to keep in mind if daily housekeeping is important to you.

Room was so cool so modern!  Great location with minimalism feel to it!  Loved the amenities, glasses, towels, everything!

Excellent hotel. Very convenient location near Hakata Station. The hotel itself and the rooms are new, stylish, and comfortable! We stayed for 3 nights and didn't have housekeeping service (as we understood, more nights need to be booked for that). We also weren't asked to pay the tourist tax upon check-in. And now, to celebrate the hotel's 6-month anniversary, you can choose any drink at the bar on the first floor, which is a very nice touch! The staff are friendly, though the pool and sauna are not yet open.

The hotel's location is quite good. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs less than 2000 yen. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and a 24-hour restaurant right across the street. It's also not far from the subway station, about a 6-8 minute walk to Watanabe-dori Station. The only downside is that the room is very small, probably more suitable for backpackers. It's very difficult to open a 30-inch suitcase in the room, and it won't fit under the bed. There's a tiny fridge that can only cool two bottles of water, which is better than nothing, I guess. The bathroom is also small; taller guests might find themselves bumping their hands. Another thing is that the room is only cleaned every three days. While not tidying up or changing sheets is fine, not having the trash collected and no designated place for garbage, nor extra trash bags provided, is really unhelpful for foreign tourists unfamiliar with local waste sorting rules! Also, only getting a new toothpaste every three days is a bit disappointing... A tiny tube of toothpaste for three days just isn't enough.

It's not too far from the subway station, but it still takes about a 10-15 minute walk. The room is compact, but the design is quite stylish. The downsides are that complimentary bottled water (two bottles) was only provided on the day of check-in, and the mini-fridge/freezer compartment is way too small—just a fist-sized square cube, so the door wouldn't even shut with a slightly larger pudding cup inside. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 6-8 minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station. The surrounding area offers great amenities, including a 24-hour supermarket and convenience stores. There are also two ramen shops directly across from the hotel, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Following an eco-friendly concept, rooms are cleaned and tidied every three days. Basic amenities are provided, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. The room was clean and spacious, with a generously sized double bed, making it perfect for couples. The hotel facilities are new, and the staff are friendly and polite. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

A young blonde short-haired female employee in the hotel has a very bad attitude, is arrogant and rude. She is not suitable for the relevant hotel industry at all. As a tourist who travels to Japan almost every other month, I have never been treated with such a bad attitude. The hotel is at least a 20-minute walk from Tianshen District. It is not easy to walk in hot or cold weather, or to carry things back to the hotel after shopping. The light in the hotel room was dark, there were not enough lights, and the air conditioner was suddenly turned off. The hotel only provides water on the first day of check-in. It is not like other hotels, which have two bottles of water every day. Pick-up room service also requires a trip of at least three days to pick up.
