Comfortable stay. Just one thing to point out, the sounds are too transparent when you’re resting in your room, you may hear the sounds when other room using bathtub or water tap from the sink. Thank you Kevin & Lake for the check out smooth transition, it took them about 10mins to check the room and asking questions on some usage on the towels. Good view from rooftop but have to take extra care on walking coz the staircase are small especially the day I went up is raining.

The hotel was clean & comfortable, the staff were always friendly, making me feel welcome every time I stepped in. What stood out most was the breakfast buffet, absolutely delightful with a wide range of options from bread & cakes to Vietnamese pho, fresh fruits, and more. Oh, I must also thank the wonderful staff who made my week-long stay so warm and welcoming—special thanks to Rin, Suee,Tis, Sun, Mike, & all the lovely waitresses.

I was very disappointed with how the hotel handled my checkout. On the morning of my departure, while rushing to the airport, the hotel staff accused me of damaging the toilet lid due to a small bulge (about 2cm). I did not cause this damage, and no evidence was provided to show it occurred during my stay.
The hotel insisted I pay 3,000,000 VND. After negotiation, they reduced it to 1,500,000 VND, and I was pressured into paying 1,000,000 VND just to leave. I felt unfairly treated and taken advantage of.
There was no room inspection at check-in, and no documentation or proof was shown. The situation was handled unprofessionally and caused unnecessary stress at the end of my trip.
If you plan to stay here, I strongly recommend photographing the room and bathroom upon arrival. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this hotel. I hope Trip.com will investigate this matter to protect future guests.
This situation was deeply unfair. I believe:
1. The defect was pre-existing or unrelated to my stay.
2. I was forced to pay without proper process or time to dispute.
3. This experience reflects poor conduct by the hotel and is damaging to customer trust in Trip.com’s booking partners.

Hotel was is an excellent convenient location. Staff can be helpful at times. Just disappointed with the price and size of the room. The pictures make it look bigger than it actually is. Rooms are small and very basic. The pool is really small. There isn’t much to offer from the hotel. Was also asked to check into a sister hotel upon check in which I refused.

I was truly impressed by the hotel and all of its services – from the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything was outstanding. Every staff member was consistently professional, kind, and welcoming. I especially appreciated how everyone greeted me with a cheerful “Good morning” each day – it made the atmosphere feel warm and friendly, like home. I’d like to give special thanks to Sun and Suee for their constant helpfulness and positive energy. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the older lady in charge of the 10th floor – her quiet dedication and care did not go unnoticed. Thank you all once again. I will definitely return!
