This stay was arguably the worst experience of our entire trip. The room's hygiene was simply unacceptable. Finding cockroaches indoors clearly indicates a complete lack of pest control. The toiletries were poorly prepared, with only two bottles of shampoo and no shower gel. The seats had visible white stains, a clear sign that cleaning was merely superficial, with many details completely overlooked. Our experience with the front desk staff was equally disappointing. Throughout our interactions, there was a complete absence of proper hospitality, with staff being abrupt and cold. We had high hopes when choosing this place, but after checking in, both the hygiene and service were a complete disaster. I genuinely advise any prospective guests to think carefully before booking; if you don't want your trip ruined by frustrating issues, definitely avoid this hotel. However, the scenery in Zhangjiajie is still very beautiful!!

The room was very clean and spacious, and the first floor was also very cozy. The service was excellent; they patiently guided us and helped us plan our travel routes, and even stored our luggage. After check-out, they still offered complimentary showers. The transportation is also very convenient, just a few hundred meters from the scenic area entrance. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and specialty stores right outside, making it very convenient. Highly recommended!

Choosing the right hotel is crucial when traveling, and this one has a fantastic location. It's super close to all the attractions, and getting a taxi is easy. The room was incredibly clean and didn't have any strange odors. After a long day, lying in bed was so relaxing. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered complimentary tea. Plus, there's a billiards table on the first floor! This is definitely my top choice when I'm in the area.

The facilities are complete, the service is warm and friendly, and the location is very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Wulingyuan scenic area entrance, and close to the Wulingyuan bus station, making it easy to get to the city center and the South Gate. There are also plenty of dining options and takeout nearby. Plus, the cat is super cute!

Booked a family room for my parents and me during our trip to Zhangjiajie. The hotel is super close to Wulingyuan Bus Station, just a three-minute walk, and about ten minutes on foot to Wulingyuan Scenic Area, so the location is excellent. The room was spacious, perfect for three people. The hotel has a great vibe and offers activities like karaoke, billiards, reading, and even petting cats!
