This hotel had an amazing view and fantastic service. It was the best among the five five-star hotels we stayed at in New York during our trip.

For New York, having a river view qualifies as a scenic room, even if it's more of a distant glimpse. 😁😁😁. Given that some hotels don't even have a pool, the Mandarin Oriental is a very reliable choice. Plus, breakfast ending at 11:30 AM is really convenient for a relaxed meal after a workout.

I had a wonderful stay. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. I believe the receptionist’s name was Lily. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and she made us feel truly welcome. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely love to come back.
