Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo

Located in the financial district, it's pretty quiet, and super convenient to get around. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was captivated by the night view outside the window – absolutely stunning. You can see it from the room too! The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was semi-buffet style with a great variety of delicious options. The room facilities were comprehensive, and there was plenty of space.

The room view was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped us with our luggage right from the moment we entered, and the bakery downstairs even delivered items to our room. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the March flagship store, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The service was also excellent; all the staff were very polite and enthusiastic.

The views are great, and the service from the moment you walk in until you get to your room is very professional. It's conveniently located near Mitsukoshimae Station for the Ginza Line, and Shin-Nihonbashi Station for the JR Sobu Line, which is just one stop from Tokyo Station. One minor issue: I was told at the front desk that breakfast could be eaten in the room and there wouldn't be an extra charge since it was included in my booking. However, this wasn't clearly explained. I ordered two types of eggs – fried and an omelet – and was charged for the omelet. Also, you can only order one dessert, and a second one costs extra. This wasn't made clear by the front desk.

Mandarin Oriental is my absolute favorite, both in terms of service and overall experience.

All the staff were incredibly proactive and friendly. The hotel's location is convenient, and the breakfast is rich, with plenty of delicious options. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Tokyo.

Amenities: The hotel is fully equipped with everything you need, including toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, and even a yoga mat. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, I didn't find any dirty spots. Environment: Facing the entire city of Tokyo, it's absolutely stunning. Service: The front desk staff and all other services were excellent and very satisfactory.

Conveniently located near attractions like Ginza, Akihabara, and Asakusa.

Mandarin Oriental Tokyo surprisingly showcased the most 'Eastern' experience for me. The lobby design is exceptionally stunning, with the Mandarin Oriental logo prominently displayed beneath a cherry blossom tree. It's astonishing that a hotel built in 2006 shows absolutely no signs of aging; the maintenance and upkeep are truly impressive. This time, I only managed to book the pizza restaurant and bar on the 38th floor. I must say, the pizza was the best I've had in Tokyo, absolutely fantastic. For the bar, I recommend ordering beautiful non-alcoholic drinks for photos, as the ones I tried were just average in taste. Overall, highly recommended!
