Check-in time at this hotel is very late, rooms aren't available until 3 PM. This hotel must be the tallest in Brisbane. It's great for those who like to cook for themselves, no problem at all.

Parking is A$45 per day; you need to get a card from the front desk first, and then you can use it for multiple entries. I stayed at Meriton in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Among them, the Brisbane location had the most inconvenient transportation. There was no view of the Brisbane River, and out of the three Meriton properties, this one was the most expensive. The coffee machine wasn't working well, and there were no dishcloths in the kitchen. The accommodation cost in Brisbane was really high, and I don't understand why it's considered a 5-star hotel. The coffee lounge was only available in Sydney.

Our stay had a minor hiccup at check-in due to a system billing discrepancy, as the amount requested by the hotel was higher than what was confirmed on my app. Unfortunately, the front desk team wasn't able to adjust the rates directly from their end, which required me to contact Trip.com support myself. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service handled the situation beautifully and promptly. They quickly coordinated with the hotel management to clear up the misunderstanding and confirmed that the overcharged difference would be fully refunded. We stayed in the 2 bedroom aprtment for a week, convenient location, close to railway station, friendly staff, very well equipped facilities, we really enjoyed our stay!
