"I was honestly blown away by this stay. It’s clear the hotel has been recently refurbished , the rooms were immaculate, the bed super comfortable, and the colour scheme made the whole space feel both calming and stylish. The appliances and amenities were spot on too. The location was perfect: central, but tucked just far enough from the noise. Staff were very professional, and overall I’m extremely happy with my stay. I’ll definitely consider coming back next time."

"An absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast. I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area. Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved: * the included healthy breakfast, * free on-site parking *Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch) * very friendly and kind staff * neat and good layout of room * comfortable bed * good air conditioning * friendly people throughout the building * walking distance to Chermside shopping centre * excellent price Thing I didn't like as much: * not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways * the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping. Highly recommended."
