A perfect score! I highly recommend the warm and thoughtful service at the hotel front desk. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I'd like to praise the front desk staff the most! From the moment I checked in, I felt incredibly welcoming. Not only did they proactively help with my luggage, but they also patiently and meticulously explained the hotel's amenities, nearby restaurants, and transportation. They even took my casual request of "looking for a printer" to heart and quickly helped. The entire process was friendly and professional, without a hint of perfunctory, making me feel incredibly safe and at home while away from home. This excellent service is a real plus. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit this city! The location of this hotel is excellent, you can go out and have fun. Metro Line 1 is right in front of the hotel and goes directly to the high-speed rail station. I stayed in a standard room on the third floor of Building No. 1 for three nights. It is an old hotel with slightly outdated furniture and facilities, and a small wardrobe, but they can all be used normally. Moreover, as an old government reception unit, the service staff has high quality and a strong sense of service. Whether it is the breakfast room or the guest room, basically all requirements can be met. They are patient, enthusiastic, and the service is quick. I am very satisfied! 👍 The breakfast was rich and clean. On the last day, because we had to catch the high-speed train, the waiter helped us get the lunch box paper bag, packed it, and also brought us bagged milk. Thank you! There is also a courtyard in the hotel. It is located in a busy city but very quiet. It is close to the subway and bus, which is very convenient. Will come again if have the chance!

這次到鄭州看雪，選了河南飯店。兩天的住店體驗，總體是五星好評。感覺最明顯的是服務好，員工普遍禮貌服務，非常熱情，衞生搞得十分認真，真正一塵不染。其次是設施好，原先有點評説店老設施舊，而我們居住的客房很新凈，很舒適，暖氣很適中。還有歺飲好，自助早歺很豐富，豫津源歺廳中歺出品不錯。降雪如約而至，雪景十分漂亮，遂了心願。出飯店步行三分鐘可到紫荊山公園，拍相也好看。以後來鄭州玩還住這裏。

在網上搜尋過很多酒店，看了網評訂了河南飯店，因為是老字牌酒店了，地理位置也不錯，來辦入住的時候被大廳的裝潢給吸引到了，處處都有河南文化，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都是笑臉盈盈的，我印象最深刻的是當時好像是有什麼會議人特別多隊伍排了好長，我當時因為開車時間較長，還抱怨了幾句，大廳經理馬上安排專人給我辦理，給我倒了一杯歡迎茶，服務特別好[強]聽到我説來這邊玩，給我介紹了周邊好玩的地方 特別熱情，我看到這名經理還是一名金鑰匙，絕對專業[強]，何管家特別熟練很快很高效的幫我們辦理好了入住並要送我到房間，我看他們大廳那麼忙就沒讓送，但是張宇丹小哥哥還是幫我送了行李。退房的時候前台特別熱情，走的時候還給我們送了一些什麼非遺的糖，很潤喉的。來到河南飯店真的有種賓客如歸的感覺，每個服務人員都是笑臉相迎，下次來鄭州我還選河南飯店。
