The location is good, conveniently located to everything.
There is a convenience store across the street.
You can walk to/from the JR train station, it will take you 10 mins if you know your way. but if you are like me who is first time to Osaka and Osaka JR train station area, you will find it a bit overwhelming and maybe confusing.
I arrived from the train station, and immediately was overwhelmed by the huge amount of crowd- mostly local Japanese walking in the JR station and outside. You know using Google map finding your way sometimes can be a bit slow and sometimes need to go back and forth.
I think next time I want to stay more close to Hankyu department store, where the limousine airport bus station is(1800yen to Kansai airport). Otherwise, you have to walk all the way from the hotel, taking my 24inch luggage walking along the streets can be troublesome.
The room is very small but clean and everything works fine.

2 friends staying for 2 nights. It was in a great location, with quick access to metro. Beds were comfy, it was quiet. Did not have breakfast but seemed popular. Would stay again for convenience!
