Espahotel Plaza Basílica

The room was clean, organized, and without any problems. Everything worked perfectly, including air conditioning and a refrigerator (with plenty of cold drinks). There was also plenty of space to store any groceries you might buy. I recommend it.

It's literally the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was incredible, everything was very clean and tidy, it's centrally located and above all super spacious, with a terrace included—everything was fantastic.

This was one of the hotels I was most satisfied with on this trip. The location is conveniently situated between two subway stations, within walking distance of El Corte Inglés department store, which also has plenty of food options – worth a visit. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming; while I was waiting in line, they proactively offered information about tourist attractions and transportation, which was truly touching.

The hotel is a bit old, but very clean and the staff are very helpful! Good location.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I'll keep coming back because I find it pleasant and comfortable in every way.

Accommodation recommended, my stay was for one night and everything was fine.

The apartment is generally very nice, the only problem is that you can hear everything from the street. Very bad acoustics.
