Espahotel Plaza Basílica

This was one of the hotels I was most satisfied with on this trip. The location is conveniently situated between two subway stations, within walking distance of El Corte Inglés department store, which also has plenty of food options – worth a visit. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming; while I was waiting in line, they proactively offered information about tourist attractions and transportation, which was truly touching.

The hotel is a bit old, but very clean and the staff are very helpful! Good location.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I'll keep coming back because I find it pleasant and comfortable in every way.

Accommodation recommended, my stay was for one night and everything was fine.

The hotel rooms are spacious and equipped with kitchens, which mainly provide basic tableware such as bowls, plates, knives, etc. Since there is no rice cooker, it may be inconvenient for Chinese friends who need to cook by themselves. After staying for a few nights, I found that the room price fluctuated greatly. If possible, friends who choose to stay here should try to plan and book early.
