This hotel is excellent. Both the service and the scenery are amazing. Every staff member provides meticulous service while respecting privacy. The Buddha Tooth Festival was supposed to end very late, and we were worried about not having anything to eat when we went out. We wanted to ask the chef to make some food first and keep it hot for us when we returned. The manager insisted on waiting until we came back. The chef, who was supposed to close at 10:00, waited for us until 11:30 in the middle of the night. The warmth of this hotel lies in its customer-centric approach. This is the best hotel I have stayed in in Sri Lanka so far.

We stayed at Kings Pavillion for one night. A stunning a boutique hotel tucked away nicely in Kandy. It was very quiet due to the recent Cyclone, however the views are beautiful and the staff around dinner and breakfast were amazing. It sometimes felt a bit like you were being watched as you ate, but the waiters are just trying to ensure everything was perfect. The room was beautiful (which they also upgraded for us) and for a honeymoon couple it was perfect. 100% would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kings Pavilion in Kandy. When we arrived they very kindly upgraded us to their Kings Suite which was incredible, as well providing cake as we were on our honeymoon! The photos don’t highlight how incredible the view is from the rooms and the restaurant, this was a truly special part of the property. Also thanks to the staff who were very hospitable and welcoming!

Nestled up in the mountains, King’s Pavilion Boutique Hotel is everything the name implies. Impeccable service, gorgeous rooms tucked among the high trees and the friendliest staff. Sri Lankan food in the restaurant was beautifully served and absolutely delicious! Housekeeping Team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped celebrate our anniversary with lovely details of cake & flowers in our room. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kandy, Sri Lanka!

This boutique hotel was like a home-from-home during our stay. The staff were welcoming and warm and always happy to help us. The interior is beautifully designed and well thought through and the views from the garden are amazing. The food was delicious - we loved the Sri Lankan breakfast. We visited on our honeymoon and the housekeeping team left us a different towel creation each day which was a delightful surprise. With the friendliest team in Sri Lanka, this hotel is a must-stay. Situated in the hills above the city it was an oasis of calm in the midst of a bustling city.

We had a lovely experience at the kings pavilion all the staff were so friendly and welcoming ! The housekeeping did an amazing job leaving a great towel arrangement in the room! The food was also amazing and the service really attentive!
