Excellent service at Sama Sama hotel, came here for one night and they prepared a very warm welcome for a birthday. Breakfast selection is really good, awesome shuttle service and very polite staff.

The only hotel that direct link to airport terminal 1. Hotel provides free 24 hours buggy service to & from airport terminal. Room is big & comfort but corridor outside the rooms a bit dark, hopefully add more lights or change to brighter lights.

I had a wonderful stay at Sama-Sama hotel nearby KLIA 1. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, with excellent amenities and comfortable bedding. The bathtub provides an enjoyable relaxation bathing . The shower cubicle with faulty door results in water flowing out of the bathroom. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional throughout my stay. The facilities were impressive especially the buggy pickup services and the dining options were excellent. It is surrounded by greenery. Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious experience. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

The location is near KLIA, which is convenient for travellers with early morning flights. However, the front desk service needs improvement, as it seemed that foreign guests were treated better than local guests.

We had a pleasant stay at Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA. Everything was good, and the buggy service to Terminal 1 was especially convenient and helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent convenience for airport travellers. Would recommend!

A great choice for an early morning layover! The shuttle bus runs on a regular schedule, taking you straight from the airport to the hotel entrance. The friendly staff even helped with our luggage. Getting from the hotel to the airport check-in counters takes less than five minutes—a true time-saver! The hot water pressure was fantastic, and the overall space was very comfortable. I was initially worried that being close to the airport would mean a lot of noise, but we had zero issues with that at all; the soundproofing is excellent! This will definitely be my top choice for future layovers!

I must say that every stay at Sama-Sama Hotel KL International Airport has been an exceptional experience. During my recent stay, I stayed on the Premier Floor, which comes with access to the Premier Lounge and meeting room facilities. As a business traveller, this was particularly convenient, as I managed to conduct two meetings during my stay without any hassle. And then, the food! The buffet lunch at The Continents is easily one of the best I have experienced, even surpassing some of the top hotels in Malaysia. The quality and variety were truly impressive. What makes the experience even better is the amazing staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and professional throughout my stay. I would definitely return to Sama-Sama KLIA Hotel again and again. Highly recommended, especially for business travellers!
