Anxia Homestay·Smart Oxygen Supply (Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient City Branch)

Very nice hotel right at the city core. Lots of restaurants nearby.

We had a pleasant stay at Anxia Homestay during our visit to Shangri-La. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. It is within walking distance of Dukezong Ancient Town (about 5–10 minutes), yet far enough from the main tourist area to enjoy a quieter and more peaceful environment at night. The homestay also provides oxygen supply, which gave us additional peace of mind given Shangri-La's altitude. For Muslim travellers, there are halal food options conveniently located just a few doors away, making meals easy and accessible. We had booked a mountain-view room, but unfortunately the mountain was not visible during our stay. Not sure if its weather conditions or the view was just not there. Nonetheless, this did not affect our overall experience. Overall, Anxia Homestay is a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Shangri-La, especially for travellers who prefer to stay close to Dukezong Ancient Town without being right in the middle of the crowds.

This was a really nice hotel. The staff was lovely and very welcoming. The location is perfect for walking to the old town and it is very close to the airport and train station.

Room is very big, clean and the owner is very friendly. Owner readily shared tips on how to explore the area and provide very good food recommendation. If you are a cat lover, there is also 2 friendly cat that roam around and play witht the guests. 酒店房又大又干净。老板娘也非常的和蔼可亲，帮我们介绍如何游玩古城和周围好吃的。 酒店里也有两只很可爱的猫咪。如果你是爱猫人士，也可以和他们玩。
