Grandior Hotel Prague

Really great breakfast and spacious room with comfortable rooms. The gym was also quite nice, but there were no equipment for lower-body exercise, and it was also a bit small, we were 4 inside and it felt crowded.

Everything was great during our stay. Special thanks to the Housekeeping team who took all our requests into account, this was truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the lady (I believe she spoke Russian), but she is a very valuable employee for the hotel😊

Overall, the hotel is good, but if you like ordering room service via Wolt or Uber, the front desk staff are not always helpful. They do not allow pizza delivery couriers to go up to the room and refuse to deliver the food themselves. You have to leave your room and go down to the reception to pick up the order. This does not happen every day — it depends on which receptionist the courier encounters. Some allow the delivery, while others categorically refuse.

The hotel was located perfectly in the central of the city, close to the station as well as a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was clean and had kettle, fridge and tv. The only thing was my air con didn’t work so it was quite hot and also the hotel wifi didn’t work for my room. It was a pleasant stay as I was there for a work event.

Excellent services and good location

The location of this hotel is good. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby.  The breakfast is average.  However, I had encountered a bad experience with the transport wheelchair rental.  They reserved it for me during my 3 days stay in Prague.  However, they told me I could only use it in the hotel and could not be use outside.  This is ridiculous.  This is the only hotel would not allow their guests to use it outside during my 2 week trips in Europe.  I ended up had to pay for the loaner and the delivery.
