Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Business Bay

I had a really good experience at Hilton Garden Inn Business Bay. The location is convenient, especially if you want to stay close to Downtown and Dubai Mall. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any request. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. Overall, it’s a great value for money in Business Bay. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent located in business bay only 10 mins taxi (with no traffic) to Dubai mall. Clean and neat, everything you need a few days stay in Dubai. Reception lady was very friendly. All the staffs are polite and nice.

The room was very clean, close to the city center, the breakfast was delicious, and the service from the Sri Lankan waitress service is very good.

You learn everything in trouble! A good hotel won't help you with anything. We became hostages of this situation due to the Iranian attack on Dubai and are stuck here. I was forced to stay at the hotel for four days because our flight to Moscow was canceled. The hotel messaged me and asked how they could help. I asked for a free breakfast. I'm with my elderly mother and son, because due to sanctions, our credit and debit cards aren't working, we don't have much cash, and we don't know what will happen next. And guess what, the hotel refused, citing that they were waiting for government instructions. So draw your own conclusions. Everything is fine until there's trouble. The hotel is in no position to make such an exception in such a difficult situation.
