Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo

I had a very satisfying stay. It's about a three-minute walk from the JR station. I was able to store my luggage two days in advance. The large public bath on the second floor looked very clean, and the self-service laundry room was also very convenient, with coffee available. The room was spacious, and the separate shower and toilet (wet/dry separation) was excellent. Highly recommended!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It's very close to Sapporo Station, just a three to five-minute walk, which makes going out for food and shopping incredibly convenient. I guess because of Sapporo's weather, you can access many places underground. Once you get familiar with it, you'll find yourself using the underground passages for all your shopping and dining needs. On the day we left, there was a blizzard, and being so close to Sapporo Station was a huge help; otherwise, we definitely would have missed our flight. The cleanliness was good, and the onsen (hot spring bath) area was also clean. Overall, it was very convenient and comfortable.

The room has just been renovated and everything feels new. The hotel front desk was very accommodating and stored my luggage for me in advance, which was super convenient. They also replied to emails very quickly, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that you can't access the hotel directly from underground.
