酒店離札幌站就是步行5分鐘，酒店前一條馬路就是北海道舊道廳，酒店後走不遠就是北海道大學。
前台服務很好，細心介紹酒店情況。酒店早餐還可以換魚場早餐，找前台確認，熱心處理，選擇出門時間，告知與司機確認回來時間。酒店面霜4件套可找前台要。
酒店温泉用門禁卡刷卡進入，男女門禁卡顏色不同哦。
酒店早餐不錯。

最後一晚因為組合訂單，衹有雙床房了，一個人住倆大床的後果就是書桌放不下了，挺擁擠的。不過酒店的早餐還是很好吃的，最後一晚加了早餐，合式早餐很棒，白米飯配味增湯，絕絕子。

房間比較小，但箱子也能打開。有浴場，有洗衣機，帶烘乾，要投幣。位置還算方便，離jr站南出入口不遠，在道廳附近，走過時還遇到了警察音樂隊表演。不怕走路的話大通公園、狸小路都步行可達。前台一位男士非常熱情有禮，進出都會打招呼，最後退房也很熱情，給我們送上了感謝卡，薰衣草的千紙鶴。打掃衞生的人員也都非常有禮貌，有時出門玩會詢問我們什麼時段打掃。辦入住的前台妹子有些冷冷的，這在日本不太多見。

Nice hotel, Mitsui standard.
Around 5 mins walk from JR Sapporo station. Spacious room and nice staff.
Everything looks very clean.
Mitsui Garden and Mitsui Garden West hotel are located right next to each other. Be careful not to check in at wrong hotel.
