Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed overall. The location is excellent, right near the center of Sapporo and within easy reach of shopping areas and several stations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We stayed in a room for four people, and it was surprisingly spacious compared with many hotels in central Japan. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable. One of the highlights was the onsen, which is open almost 24 hours. After a long day of traveling or shopping, being able to come back to the hotel and relax in the onsen was absolutely wonderful. It really helped us feel refreshed and comfortable. Before our trip, I contacted the hotel by email to ask about storing our luggage in advance and receiving a delivery. The hotel responded very quickly and provided excellent support. They were very helpful and made the whole process easy and convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Sapporo in the future. Highly recommended!

Newly renovated hotel with a pleasant and refreshing scent throughout the lobby. I also liked that the shower and toilet areas are separated, which makes the bathroom more practical and comfortable. The breakfast was good, although the dining area is quite limited in size. During peak hours, you may need to queue before getting a table. If you’re on a tight schedule in the morning, it’s best to plan your time accordingly. The hotel is very nearby to Daimaru and Stellar Place shopping mall too.

The hotel is newly reformed. I booked 4 beds room. The room is big, clean and beautiful. My little daughter felt so happy when she got in the room and kept walking around the room. We slept so deep as the room is super cozy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making it very easy to get around, especially with luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider coming back again on my next trip to Sapporo.

The location is great..easily walk to Sapporo station. If you travel by airport bus (¥1,500 per person), just get off at S24 (airport bus stop),then turn left at the corner , walk through the road you will see the hotel within 5 minutes. All were nice; staff, facilities, the room..impressive.
