The Osaka Station Hotel, Autograph Collection

The hotel is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the KITTE building, accessible from the west exit of Umeda (Osaka Station) after taking the JR from Kansai Airport. The front desk is on the 29th floor. It's surrounded by major department stores like Hanshin, Hankyu, Daimaru, and Yodobashi Camera, making shopping incredibly convenient. You can also enjoy the Osaka night view from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, around 50 square meters. The breakfast buffet is decent, though the selection remains the same every day. I booked for 7 nights, and the mini-bar was complimentary for 3 of those days.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, although the room itself was a bit small and the facilities were just average. However, for the price, it was quite reasonable. The biggest advantage is its convenient location, with direct access to major shopping malls within walking distance.

Having visited Osaka many times, I've always kept an eye out for my ideal hotel. This time, I made the right choice. The hotel boasts an excellent location, spacious rooms, outstanding service, and fantastic food. Special shout-outs to the 'Sui' Teppanyaki on the 29th floor, Komugi-menjin on the 4th floor, and the hotel breakfast – all highly commendable. After just three nights, I didn't hesitate to join their membership program. I'm looking forward to more wonderful experiences and surprises in the future.

The location of THE HOTEL HIGASHIYAMA by Kyoto Tokyu Hotel is incredibly convenient. It's practically right outside the west exit of Osaka Station. There's a FamilyMart downstairs, which is great for quick supplies. Within about a 10-minute walk, you can reach department stores like Hanshin, Hankyu, and Yodobashi. Being in the heart of Umeda, it makes shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy and stress-free.

We stayed in Osaka for four nights, and the hotel's location was incredibly convenient. Osaka Station is right across the street on the first floor, making trips to Universal Studios, Nara, and Kobe seamless. On the other side, across the road, is the Herbis airport limousine bus stop, which gets you to Kansai Airport in just 80 minutes. The hotel entrance was a bit too hidden, but luckily, the large Chiikawa character helped us find our way, haha! The twin beds were a good size, and the room was spacious enough, perfect for a family trip. The mini-bar and small snacks were thoughtfully prepared; the kids loved the golden candy they received daily. The second floor of Kitte is full of specialties from all over Japan, great for buying souvenirs.

The overall stay was rather unremarkable. Room cleanliness and facilities were basic at best. While the location was convenient for getting around, there were no real standout features. The concierge service was the most disappointing, practically non-existent. Throughout my arrival, no staff member offered to help with luggage, so I had to haul my heavy suitcases by myself. There was absolutely no luggage assistance, which was a huge letdown in terms of service. This hotel is only suitable for guests traveling light without much luggage; those with a lot of bags should definitely reconsider.

The hotel is very stylish, with plenty of dining options downstairs. It's clean, hygienic, and offers a fantastic experience. The front desk staff are warm and polite. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back next time. It's also very convenient in Umeda.

The room was comfortable compared to other Japanese hotels, and I especially liked the small table in the room. For the price, there were no real surprises, good or bad; it was pretty standard.
