Quay West Suites Melbourne

The property is strategically located, just outside the city center but right near one of the bridges connecting to Southbank, making access immediate. Upon our arrival, we were assigned an apartment with broken bedroom window handles, and they promptly moved us to a different apartment the next day, one with a truly spectacular view! We greatly appreciated the helpfulness of all the staff, especially Mr. James, who was always very accommodating and courteous. The only issue I'd like to highlight was with the Wi-Fi, which was not working for the entire duration of our stay (5 days), at least not in our apartment located on the twelfth floor. Otherwise, everything was good; the cleaning service was also very satisfactory. I highly recommend this property, and if I were to visit Melbourne again, I would certainly book at Quay West Suites again.

This hotel is located right by the Yarra River. It's within walking distance to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Chinatown, the shopping district, and Queen Victoria Market. The rooms are spacious with two generous bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family. The kitchen was also well-equipped for cooking. We stayed for three days, and it worked out to over 3,000 RMB per night. You definitely get what you pay for!

The in-room amenities are comprehensive, with practical kitchen facilities and a washer/dryer that perfectly meet all your living needs while traveling. The hotel's location is both safe and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, always smiling when assisting with check-in or answering questions, which made us feel very comfortable. The clean and tidy sanitation, along with the modern and stylish decor, also added significantly to the stay. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, this place truly offers a comfortable and convenient 'home away from home'.
