The room was very clean; although a bit dated, it was well-maintained overall. The beach is absolutely stunning and was the biggest highlight. The hotel's speedboat experience was also quite enjoyable.

Nestled on Koh Samet, an island with very basic amenities, Paradee truly stands out. It boasts its own secluded beach, far from the main street (a one-way taxi ride to the main street costs 450 baht and takes about 25 minutes). With stunning beachfront views and fine white sand, it's the perfect escape for a peaceful vacation after a busy period. The rooms have a very Thai-style decor; while not new or ultra-modern, the cleanliness and attention to detail are quite good. Breakfast is a buffet combined with à la carte options – though not extensive, the food is delicious! There's complimentary afternoon tea daily, with drinks and small snacks served per person. The hotel restaurant's food is excellent; the seafood fried rice, burgers, and banana pancakes we ordered were all very tasty! The staff here are incredibly professional! Every employee greets you with a friendly smile, and they're especially kind to children. The private pier transfer adds to the overall emotional value. I highly recommend that every visitor to Koh Samet dedicate two or three days to unwind and relax at Paradee.

A truly delightful three-day, two-night stay! The arrival on the island was filled with a wonderful sense of occasion, accompanied by the perfect resort BGM. When booking, definitely choose Villa 214 – it offers unparalleled privacy, stunning sea views, and direct beach access, ticking all the boxes. The resort boasts its own private stretch of incredibly white, fine sand beach, offering complete tranquility with no outside disturbances. All water sports are complimentary, and I made sure to try out paddleboarding, kayaking, and sailing. We also ventured to the Chilli restaurant on the main street of Koh Samet, which had a charming, rustic atmosphere reminiscent of Koh Samui over a decade ago. After that bit of hustle and bustle, it was back to Paradise Resort to simply relax. Highly recommend this as a top choice for a staycation if you're traveling from Bangkok and want an island getaway without having to fly.
