Suning Galaxy International Hotel Wuxi

The old Hyatt, soon to be rebranded as a JW, was in a transition period, so I didn't have high expectations for the hardware or software. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service, especially from Front Desk staffer Xiao Yang, who deserves special praise. The room was standard, but the executive lounge was surprisingly huge, comparable to the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, though it felt a bit empty with so few guests. For a trip to Wuxi, staying here is incredibly convenient for visiting both Nanchan Street and Huishan Ancient Town. I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves after the rebranding and renovation.

Our butler, Sophie, provided excellent service! She was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Wuxi, with easy access to transportation. The room was spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!

A huge thank you to Wendy Wu at the Executive Lounge! She took care of us throughout our stay. She even prepared a fruit tart for my father when she heard it was his birthday. This really showed the Executive Lounge's thoughtfulness and the hotel's warmth. Even though it's no longer branded as a Hyatt, the service, in my opinion, is even better now, possibly due to fewer guests. The shower pressure was great, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Whenever I visit Wuxi, I always choose Suning, and I'll continue to support them in the future!

Our personal assistant, Jessica, was incredibly efficient and proactive. She handled all our requests quickly and clearly, without any delays. She also went the extra mile by recommending local restaurants and attractions. The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation, making our stay very relaxing and stress-free.

Service: Great, they even helped carry my luggage to and from the room (I had a lot of stuff). Hygiene: Pretty clean. Environment: It's all about convenience, with the subway right downstairs and plenty of food options. Facilities: Old. I hope they improve them later; it's really only 3-star standard. The air conditioning wasn't very strong, and the Wi-Fi was inconsistent.

Freya, our dedicated assistant, was incredibly professional and reliable, handling everything efficiently and taking care of all the little details that made our stay so pleasant. The hotel itself boasts an excellent location with comprehensive amenities, and we enjoyed a quiet, comfortable stay.

The hotel has a refined style, excellent hygiene, and a fantastic resting atmosphere. Our one-on-one butler, Freya, was attentive, warm, and highly efficient. The location is superb, with complete amenities, making it a top choice for accommodation.

I was so lucky to have such an attentive housekeeper, Bunny, during my stay. She's incredibly diligent and proactive. Every day, she cleaned thoroughly, leaving no corner untouched. She'd also proactively check the room temperature and amenities, and if there was any issue, she'd come to fix it immediately. She's genuinely sincere and never perfunctory, while also respecting guest privacy. It made for a truly comfortable and worry-free stay.
