Better than I expected! I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews before booking, but my actual stay was quite good. It's really close to the airport, and there's a duty-free shop downstairs which is super convenient. The best part was when I left something in my room. I checked out, and the next day, before heading to the airport, I stopped by. The front desk attendant immediately went to retrieve my item after I explained what happened. Thumbs up! 👍

For the last two days of my Jeju Island vacation, I chose Lotte City Hotel Jeju. It offers great value for money, good service, and an excellent location that makes shopping convenient. Definitely worth staying at if you're visiting Jeju Island.

I was very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel first next time. It's conveniently located, within walking distance to Shilla Duty Free and Baojian Road. The best part is that I didn't need a power adapter; Chinese plugs worked directly. Just a small suggestion: the scent in the 6th-floor reception area could be changed. The current one is a bit too sweet and not very sophisticated; I got a headache after sitting there for a while.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying, offering great value for money and a comfortable, secure experience. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and dining, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a good night's rest. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. They were gentle and patient in answering all my questions, and their attention to detail made me feel truly cared for. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout and a spacious, airy feel – no strange odors at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness, making it very relaxing to lie down and ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-separated, toiletries were comprehensive and clean, and hot water supply was abundant and consistent. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and all the essential facilities were complete and well-maintained. The overall cleanliness and hygiene details were meticulously handled. The public areas were also clean, tidy, and elegantly arranged, all very well-kept. The overall living experience was quiet, pleasant, and relaxing, making it perfect for both short trips and longer stays. Considering the service, environment, cleanliness, and location, this is definitely a highly recommendable hotel. It's a 10/10 experience, and I'll prioritize staying here again on my next trip!

Not far from the airport, with convenient transportation. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff are very polite and attentive. The room size is just right, and the soundproofing is good. The bedding is comfortable. Exceeded my expectations.

The room was decent. It's conveniently located near both duty-free shops and the pedestrian street, making dining and grocery shopping easy. There's a 7-Eleven on the basement level, and plenty of CU and Olive Young stores around. Plus, there's a shuttle bus that goes to the airport on the hour in the mornings. My only gripe is the price – over a thousand for a rather small room is quite steep.

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a duty-free shop right upstairs, and plenty of pharmacies, gift shops, and convenience stores nearby. A bus stop is also close by. It's very convenient to walk to Bobjian Road. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. I really appreciate their patient service.

This was my second trip to Jeju Island. The first time was over ten years ago on a group tour, and I don't even remember where we stayed. This time, I found this hotel on Ctrip. No breakfast, and it cost over 1200 [currency unit]. They called it a 'sea-view room,' but it was miles away from the beach. I felt the value for money was extremely low; I was definitely tricked by Ctrip! Also, I wasn't too happy that the hotel room only provided disposable paper cups – terrible for making tea! Everything else was just okay, nothing special. And you even had to pay to use the outdoor swimming pool...
