Conveniently located right next to Phloen Chit BTS station and Central Embassy. Getting around is easy and it feels safe, especially since there's a separate lift to access the guest rooms. There are also plenty of food options available.

The late-night snacks were delicious and reasonably priced, and the toiletries were also quite good. Overall, it's a perfect 100! Definitely worth considering for your stay. Plus, it has a direct connection to the MRT station, which is super convenient if it suddenly rains in Thailand and you don't have an umbrella – you won't get wet walking back!

The room was quite spacious, and the location was good – very convenient for dining downstairs. However, the cleanliness was an issue; there was hair in a few spots.

The breakfast was delicious. Honestly, the buffet was a bit 'meh', but all the à la carte dishes were exquisite, especially the laksa – I ordered it two days in a row! Most of the staff were also very helpful. They made a reservation for a nearby bar for me, looked after my luggage after check-out, and even mentioned I could use the spa. It was a shame the bar wasn't open on the day I wanted to use it.

The room is spacious and the bed is huge. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. It's also right next to a mall, so there are plenty of food choices there too.

Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive and the room is well-maintained, though the hairdryer is just okay. Service: For a hotel of this caliber, the service is quite average. Environment: The location is very convenient, right above a shopping mall, and it's easy to get around by light rail.
