Park Hyatt Bangkok

I prioritize clean bedding, and it was immaculate here. All the staff members were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a unique experience as it was order-by-menu. Overall, it was a great stay.

Among all the Park Hyatt hotels worldwide, this one definitely ranks among the top.

Check-in time was 3 PM, and we arrived a little after 2 PM, willing to wait. However, we still couldn't get into our room past 4 PM, so we went to inquire again. Luckily, the front desk staff provided excellent service and offered a compensation plan, which made up for the unpleasant experience. The hotel food was delicious, but overall, there were still some minor drawbacks. The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly.

Extremely comfortable with an excellent breakfast. The black building across the street is an Aman hotel.

Perfect for families with kids! The service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was generous. The pool was also a major plus – both the view and the water temperature/quality were fantastic. Being connected to a mall was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with children.

Excellent hotel! The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond. We accidentally left our passports at the mall during our trip, and the hotel staff proactively helped us retrieve them when we were in a bind. We're truly grateful for their enthusiastic and thoughtful assistance, it was a real lifesaver! Highly recommend. Although, next time it would be even better if we could get a room not facing the construction site (¯▽¯)👍

Conveniently located right next to Phloen Chit BTS station and Central Embassy. Getting around is easy and it feels safe, especially since there's a separate lift to access the guest rooms. There are also plenty of food options available.
