The room was clean, but there were countless rules, leading to hidden extra charges everywhere, and the front desk service was terrible! While the cleanliness of this residence's rooms was indeed good and satisfactory, the overall stay experience was severely marred by extremely strict rules and poor service. 1. **Cold attitude and poor service from the front desk:** The front desk service downstairs was truly bad. The receptionists were completely unenthusiastic and seemed very impatient, showing no warmth or hospitality towards guests. 2. **Numerous hidden fees and extra charges for everything:** This place has far too many rigid rules! After checking in, I discovered numerous restrictions, and many basic requests or items were not allowed. What's even more frustrating is the 'money-grabbing' management style; every small service or item incurs an additional charge. It feels like they lure people in with low room rates and then exploit consumers with various cleverly disguised rules and extra fees. **Summary:** If you only care about the room being clean, this place might be acceptable. However, if you expect normal service or don't want your mood ruined by various inexplicable 'rules' and 'extra charges' during your stay, I suggest looking elsewhere! The overall value for money is very low.

The room was a bit small, but the amenities were excellent. The gym was tiny, almost suffocating, but there was a pool and a small restaurant. The location was very convenient, right across from the Windsor Hotel.

The towels were so old and brittle that they'd been mended, but they still tore very easily. The whole hotel experience felt lacking in service, with many rigid rules that made it feel unwelcoming. I won't be staying here again.

Overall, it's pretty good! It's small but has everything you need. The room was quite clean 👏 and the location is convenient, close to Andong Market, with famous beef pho and coffee shops nearby!

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and polite. The location is very convenient. The gentleman who helps with luggage at the entrance is friendly and attentive. I always stay here whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam!
