Great stay overall. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I especially loved the toothpaste packaging and quality — a thoughtful and unique touch. The shuttle service was also punctual and efficient, which made transportation very convenient.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities met my expectations. The staff were professional and helpful, and the food quality was good. Highly recommended.

Weirdest experience I have ever had. - The facility has a glass door to first access the room hall. I was not given the access card for this glass door meaning i was unable to go to my room. When asked, the receptionist did not answer clearly and told me to access through the emergency doors. Moreover, to open the emergency doors I had to put my hand through a hole in the door and open from the outside in. - The room is hot and takes 10 minutes after the A/C was turned on for it to get cold. - No drinking water and dispenser is empty. - Was asked to pay environment fee until I showed that I have already paid.
