The Prestige Hotel Penang is beautiful and its location is great. The doormen are very welcoming; they always proactively help with luggage during check-in and check-out. There's a Malaysian lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese, making communication easy. The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff even took off their shoes before entering. There's a small pool on the hotel's rooftop with sea views.

Conveniently located and has a great infinity pool with great views over the piers. However, we've experienced rennovation noise in 1 of the afternoons we stayed. The gym was a bit small, but nice hotel in general

The hotel has an amazing location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We even received a complimentary late check-out, which was very much appreciated! The bar adjacent to the hotel was superb, with excellent drinks and a great atmosphere. The amenities were beautiful, especially the pool area. Unfortunately, during our stay, workers were preparing the venue for a wedding, which made the pool area a little less peaceful than expected. Of course, things like this happen, but it would have been nice if the workers had been a bit more mindful of the guests relaxing by the pool and kept the noise and shouting to a minimum. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer, as there were so many things the hotel had to offer that we didn't have enough time to experience. I would happily come back!

The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate, and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities were complete. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning on a nice day.
