Oakwood Residence Saigon

This hotel is a must-stay if you're attending an exhibition at SECC. It's about a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the exhibition center, and there's a large shopping mall downstairs. Everything was perfect, except for the lack of good small restaurants nearby. The front desk lady with glasses was a bit arrogant; she got things done but was very pretentious, cold, and impolite.

The hotel facilities are quite new. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is super handy, and a large shopping mall nearby with plenty of dining options. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find a spa, ATM, and more restaurants, making it very convenient. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, about 5-6 kilometers, but getting around Ho Chi Minh by taxi is easy and affordable. The hotel is very quiet, and the room was incredibly comfortable, feeling just like home. We stayed for four consecutive days, and it was spacious enough for the whole family, plus having laundry facilities was a huge plus. It offers excellent value for money. For the same price in the city center, you'd only get a standard room. My mother's family of four had a three-bedroom suite, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious for them.

Great for long-term stays! The room is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washer, dryer, pots, and pans. Housekeeping comes daily, keeping the place quite clean. I'll definitely be back next time.

Honestly, it's pretty mediocre. Visitors aren't allowed in, so I definitely won't be coming back. The location is just okay, and the front desk service wasn't great. They seem to prefer you booking on the spot rather than through a platform.

Lots of Japanese, Korean, and Singaporean guests stay here. It's located in District 7, which isn't close to the city center, but taxis are inexpensive. It's near the Korean town, with plenty of great Korean restaurants and cafes that are worth exploring.

Whenever I go to Vietnam for an exhibition, this is my go-to hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and it's super close to the exhibition center. It's also near the Korean town, which is great for dining options. Overall, it's pretty good and worth considering for your stay.

The hotel's amenities are excellent. As an apartment-style accommodation, it's super convenient for cooking, laundry, and even working out. The only thing they could improve on is providing toothbrushes and toothpaste proactively.
