Silverland May Hotel

The room was very charming, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was also very quiet, and I couldn’t hear any noise from outside or neighboring rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. Afternoon tea was included in my stay, but I was quite busy and unfortunately missed the opportunity to enjoy it. I would love to take the time to enjoy it properly on my next visit. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. After I checked out, I had trouble meeting the driver who came to pick me up from the hotel. Since I don’t speak Vietnamese, a staff member kindly spoke with the driver on the phone for me. They even helped carry my suitcase to the meeting point, and thanks to their assistance, I was able to get to the airport without any problems. I was really struggling at the time, so their help meant a lot to me. I was genuinely touched by such outstanding kindness and hospitality. Thank you very much for making my stay so memorable.

Amazing stay at Silverland May Hotel I had an amazing stay at Silverland May Hotel and honestly enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were even better than I expected, and the beds were super comfortable which made a big difference after long days exploring. The rooftop pool area was a highlight, with the sandy flooring giving it a unique feel and a great atmosphere to relax. The restaurant was always clean, the food was consistently great, and the overall presentation of the hotel was impressive. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcome, they were attentive throughout my stay, and towards the end of my trip they even helped organise my airport transfer which made things so much easier. Overall, I’d rate my stay 9.5/10. The only small feedback I’d give is that the swimming pool could have been a little warmer. That said, it is an open rooftop pool and it had rained that morning, so that may have affected the temperature. I definitely stay here again. Special mention to An, Dephia for his outstanding service in helping me with my stay and experience. Well done.

I stayed 3 Night for Business trip in Ho Chi Minh, The Hotel address at the District 1 close to Takasimaya, and the Local Foods, the room design so Classic and They upgraded my Booking Room with the Good View (City View).. im so grateful and please to stay there.. The Breakfast so Good taste especially the Duck Pho and the Dishes.. Thanks for the Compliment and Hospitality..

This is an excellent hotel. The decor in the rooms, the foyer and the restaurant is really nice. The room was always clean and bright. The service from the staff was excellent. From the minute you arrived from the bell boys to the reception staff, the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were all so welcoming. Thank you to David (Dollar), Jenny (Money), Nana (Barabara), Ngi, Selwyn, Ashley.... The location is good, right near many restaurants, massage etc. Highly recommended.
