Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel

I think this hotel offers great value for money. I stayed here right after it opened, and the hygiene conditions were excellent, and the staff's service was fantastic. Very satisfied 👍, and the views are also beautiful. Definitely recommend.

For my recent trip to Zhuhai, I chose to stay at the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel on my last day, as it's conveniently located near Chimelong and the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by an experience that far exceeded my expectations! During check-in, the front desk attendant was incredibly warm and helpful. She not only patiently answered all our questions but also proactively upgraded us to a Macau Seaview Room for free! The room was spacious and bright, but the absolute highlight was the huge floor-to-ceiling window and private balcony. Standing on the balcony, the entire Macau Peninsula was in full view, just across the water. The Macau Tower was directly in front, and even the outlines of the cross-sea bridge were clearly visible. The hotel's recreational facilities also perfectly matched my aesthetic preferences. There's an outdoor infinity pool with a fantastic view, as well as a heated indoor pool. Whether you want to sunbathe with the sea breeze or swim laps indoors to avoid the sun, both options are available. It instantly set the perfect vacation mood. During our stay, we also received a lovely little complimentary cake from the hotel. It was cute and delicious, instantly brightening up our trip. Even more surprising, the hotel provided a 300 RMB dining voucher, which could be directly used for in-room dining! When we were tired from a day of exploring and didn't want to go out, we could order a hot, delicious meal to enjoy in our room while admiring the Macau night view outside the window. This experience of enjoying five-star service and gourmet food without leaving the room was truly delightful. Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel was impeccable, both in terms of hardware facilities and soft services. The warm and attentive service, the unbeatable Macau sea view, the excellent pool facilities, and the thoughtful little cake and dining voucher – every detail made us feel truly cared for.

The hotel environment is excellent, with luxurious and grand decor. The facilities are comprehensive, and the front desk and staff are warm and professional. The rooms are spacious with great views, offering a panoramic view of Macau's nightscape. Highly recommended.

The hotel's environment and hygiene were both excellent. We booked a sea-view room specifically to watch the fireworks. Upon entering, there was a slight smell, but opening the balcony door to air it out quickly resolved the issue. The staff's service attitude was very good; they were quick to respond to any requests.

I specifically booked a room with a view to watch the Macau fireworks. The staff were all very nice, the service was excellent, and they even called back to follow up. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is indeed excellent; it's the only good thing about this place. You can see the Macau Tower from the room, and I specifically booked a night here for the Macau Fireworks Festival. However, the hotel itself is very old. The room had a musty smell, probably due to being by the sea, and the air conditioning wasn't cold, making it uncomfortably hot. The front desk staff were nice enough, but many seemed to be young interns with limited emotional intelligence. The lady working at the executive lounge, though, had a really arrogant attitude, for reasons I can't fathom. Because we arrived by car, the front desk had already registered our license plate during check-in, yet they charged us for parking upon departure. It took four calls to the front desk from the hotel parking lot before they finally answered! By then, I was already at the exit gate with a line of cars behind me, so I had no choice but to pay the 65 MOP parking fee. In summary, I will never come back; there won't be a next time. Sheraton's management is truly disappointing… they're going to ruin their own brand sooner or later!

Absolutely loved the service! The butler-style service was on-call and took care of all sorts of little things for me. The biggest surprise was the free airport transfer. No need to rush for a taxi on the way out, just a comfortable ride straight to the airport, which truly maximized the vacation bliss.

Mainly dissatisfied with the room service, but everything else was quite good. It would be even better if the hotel had charging stations. The view is also very beautiful.

I have to say, the hotel service was excellent. They saw we had a child and upgraded us to a family room. We originally needed to pre-order a birthday cake a day in advance, but to our surprise, they managed to arrange for it to be delivered the same day, making for a perfect birthday celebration! The buffet food was fresh and tasted pretty good, and we were even able to reserve a window seat in advance to enjoy the night view of Macau and Zhuhai from the river, which was delightful! The pool water was also very clean.
