Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel

This was my second time staying here. I hadn't originally booked this place, but the parking at my previous hotel was an absolute nightmare – I couldn't even get my car in, so I quickly canceled and switched to this one. However, the service remains non-existent. My booking came with nine perks (though I didn't use any of them, the front desk didn't mention them once. Please note, whether I use them or not is separate from whether they exist). The soundproofing of the door is truly terrible. Luckily, no one walked by at night while I was sleeping. But the duvet makes that annoying plastic bag rustling sound with the slightest movement, which is incredibly irritating. By about 6 AM, when people started waking up and walking past the door, you could clearly hear their voices because I woke up before 2 AM. (Even though I'd requested a room far from the elevator for quiet, it seems this was the only room left, placing me in the middle of the corridor). The parking, though, is genuinely great. And after registering my license plate before checking in, I didn't need to report it again when leaving. I happened to be here during a typhoon; iron gates were put up on both main entrances that evening, which was a new experience. My room rate definitely wasn't the lowest, and I booked in a hurry, forgetting to switch accounts to use my membership. A night's stay with no sleep truly felt like a waste. Oh, and one more thing: the overhead showerhead is useless. When you turn it on, it sprays everywhere except on you. Fortunately, the handheld one worked fine, but I did experience a sudden blast of super hot water (for about a few seconds), luckily it didn't scald me. The small notepad in the room still had drawings from the previous guest. I won't be coming back here again; it's just too much hassle for me.

I chose to stay here again, and it offers great value for money. The room was spacious and luxurious, with complete facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, the transportation was convenient, and the scenery was beautiful. You can take a walk or go for a run by the sea in the morning and evening! Overall, I had a very good experience!

I booked a sea view room and was granted a one-hour late check-out. The night view was truly beautiful, and the room itself was great. From now on, whenever I visit Zhuhai, I'll definitely stay here. The soundproofing is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable.

When I booked the room, I saw a review mentioning hair on the bed, and sure enough, when I checked in, I found a men's hair on the headboard! Was this left intentionally by the cleaning staff? The bathtub also had stains and wasn't cleaned properly. I also incidentally noticed a lot of dried splatter marks on the bathroom door frame; I guess the cleaning staff didn't see them either, especially since everything is black and the room lighting is quite dim. The room is small and the facilities are outdated, even a trash can was broken but still in use. However, I have to say, the room's view is really great; you can clearly see the Macau Peninsula. The sea view is also nice, but the transportation is inconvenient; you have to take a taxi everywhere.

Traveling with kids, the hotel service was excellent, and my child loved it too. It was my birthday, and they upgraded our room for free to a Macau sea-view room... haha, so happy! It came with a large balcony to enjoy the scenery, and the Macau night view was amazing. We bought some wine and toasted to the moon on the big balcony... absolutely beautiful! If you're going to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, I highly recommend staying here with your kids; it's incredibly good value for money!

This Sheraton Zhuhai Huafa truly surprised me, and I completely fell in love with it after just one stay. Highly recommended! 🌊 The most stunning feature has to be the unbeatable sea view! Make sure to choose a Macau sea-view room. From the balcony, you can take in the Macau Tower, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and the entire dazzling nightscape of the opposite shore. Watch the sunset in the evening, the lights at night, and even the sunrise in the morning. This view alone is worth the room rate. 🏨 The hotel's facilities and design are also very tasteful. The lobby boasts a rare classical Chinese style with pavilions and towers that feel grand and impressive. The rooms are comfortable, with excellent bedding and bathroom amenities, and the cleanliness is impeccable – truly deserving of a seasoned five-star hotel. 👨‍💼 The service is an even bigger plus. From the front desk staff to the managers, everyone is warm and attentive. They proactively offer room upgrades, late check-out, and handle issues very efficiently, making you feel right at home. If you're traveling with kids, the indoor and outdoor pools and children's facilities are enough to keep them entertained all day. 🍳 Don't miss the breakfast; the selection of Chinese and Western dishes is incredibly rich, perfect for fueling up for an energetic day. The location is also convenient, not far from Chimelong and the seafood street, with free shuttle buses available. In summary, whether for sightseeing, a vacation, or a family trip with kids, this place is absolutely perfect. It has definitely made it onto my must-stay list for Zhuhai!
