Crowne Plaza NANNING CITY CENTER by IHG

I've stayed here many times, and this time I felt the service was even better than before. The room was more comfortable and cleaner, and the surroundings of the hotel were significantly more beautiful.

The room was a bit small, and the city view from the window wasn't great. The showerhead in the bathroom was fixed with a lot of silicone sealant, which felt out of place for a star-rated hotel's management standards. However, the lobby was grand and elegant, and the staff were warm, thoughtful, and attentive.

Had a great stay this time! The hotel is located in the ASEAN Business District, which is super convenient for transportation, and the surrounding commercial area is well-developed with plenty of dining options. The room was clean and bright, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly for a good night's sleep. All the facilities were pretty much complete and worked smoothly. Overall, it's highly recommended – everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right nearby, making travel hassle-free. Plus, Winnie from the staff provided attentive and responsible service. Thumbs up!

The front desk and room service were very professional and enthusiastic. The facilities are a bit outdated, and the air conditioning is quite noisy with poor cooling. The bedding comfort is just average. However, the surrounding transportation is very convenient, making it easy to go out for sightseeing and dining.

The hotel location is convenient, right next to MixC. There's a subway station downstairs, and the high-floor hotel offers great views. We had a minor issue though – the air conditioner in our room was broken and incredibly noisy. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night, but thankfully, we still managed to get a few hours of quiet sleep. The hotel duty manager and the front desk staff did their best to coordinate the situation. Their swift handling of the problem is commendable. The mattress is supportive, so even with a bad back, I could sleep comfortably.

The location is central and very convenient, and the hotel offers great value for money. It's worth mentioning that the hotel itself is well-equipped; in the same building, there's an excellent seafood buffet and a fantastic Cantonese restaurant.

The hotel's location is great, and the front desk service was excellent. We got a free room upgrade, and the hotel breakfast was good too. They even gave us a baby toy when we checked in and a souvenir when we checked out.

The room was clean and hygienic, and Krystal, the duty manager, provided warm and excellent service. Thank you for the thoughtful gifts.
