Chimelong Penguin Hotel

Arrived at Hengqin by boat, and a convenient shuttle bus immediately took us to the hotel – the whole process was incredibly smooth. We got to the hotel around noon, and storing our luggage and renting a stroller was very easy. As soon as we stepped inside, we were immediately captivated by the penguin-themed decor. Every detail, from the architectural style to the room setup, showed meticulous design, especially the fireworks view room, which allowed us to enjoy a spectacular fireworks display from the privacy of our own space. The hotel facilities are excellent, particularly with the children's bath amenities and toilet seats provided, and our request for a crib was promptly fulfilled. The hygiene was impeccably clean and tidy, and the overall environment exuded warmth and a sense of childlike wonder. The staff were enthusiastic and always greeted us proactively, making us feel very welcome. Regarding dining, both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the dining experience near the penguin area was especially unique. The anniversary special included a 'Ocean Kingdom Unlimited Play' package for two, which covered three theater shows. The penguin and dolphin performances, in particular, were captivating and left a lasting impression. 😊

Staying at the Penguin Hotel with my child this time completely eased my worries about traveling with kids. The hotel is incredibly close to Ocean Kingdom; it's just a few minutes' walk through their exclusive express lane. This meant we could easily pop back to the room for a rest whenever we got tired, instead of having to push through a long day in the park. Check-in was very efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly and attentive to details. The room decor was full of childlike charm, with cute penguin patterns on the bed runners. All the child-friendly amenities were thoughtfully provided: a cot, small slippers, and a special toothbrush. They even placed a non-slip step stool under the sink, making it easy for little ones to brush their teeth without needing constant assistance. The free parking service was also a nice touch, with plenty of spaces available. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and it's particularly well-suited for family trips.

We had a fantastic family vacation with our child at the Penguin Hotel. The hotel is quite large, and our room was very clean with excellent facilities, including all the amenities needed for kids. It's truly ideal for families with children. I booked a king-size room with a 2-meter bed, which was more than enough space for our family of three. We were very satisfied! The rooms are all penguin-themed and super cute, which made our child incredibly happy. It's also very convenient to get to Ocean Kingdom from the hotel. Highly recommend!

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, and they even prepared adorable toiletries and slippers for the kids. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, and I especially want to mention how delicious the white rice was – even the little ones enjoyed it, plus you could watch penguins while you ate! After dinner, it was just a two-minute walk to the fountain square to see the fireworks, which was incredibly convenient.

The hotel is very clean and has a unique ambiance. Each themed room is different. We stayed in the Penguin Hotel, and the staff were very thoughtful, arranging children's slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other amenities, which our child absolutely loved. There's a covered walkway from the hotel to the Ocean Park, which is super convenient. Overall, our experience was excellent. Next time we visit, we'll definitely stay at Chimelong again and try the Circus Hotel to experience more of what they offer 😊.

Extremely satisfied! Penguin Hotel is a must-stay if you're visiting Ocean Kingdom. There's a shortcut directly from the hotel to the park, which is super convenient. They even kindly upgraded us to a family room. Our butler was also very responsive and helpful, always ready to solve any issues we had – very responsible indeed. Plus, we didn't have to queue for long at all for any of the attractions in Ocean Kingdom. Absolutely fantastic value for money!
