You really feel inside the nature even in your room with geckos and other animals. Cleaning was not good besides that hotel and rooms should be renovated. Taxi and transfer prices are high( you should rent a scooter from reception), no money exchange. Breakfast was one of the best in my Thailand hotels…

We were happy with our stay and enjoyed the resort and their food. Most reviews indicate that the hotel needs some renovation which is true, though it still has its charm and remains a great resort. Food is pricey but in our opinion was very good every day. The Thai cuisine is great for lunch/dinner throughout the day. Breakfast was decent and the “eggs on demand” are of good added value. Staff was friendly.

Very disappointed with this hotel. We arrived and immediately found that the property was rundown, and not maintained as shown online. The pool area also looked unsafe, and overall the environment did not feel comfortable or suitable for us to stay. The condition of the beach in the photos is not as shown online and some photos of the view from the room are AI generated.. Because of these concerns, we decided not to stay and had to book another hotel instead. We tried to request a refund, but unfortunately it was rejected. We also asked staff for assistance, but no real effort was made to help change room, and there was no manager available onsite to handle the problem. For a hotel advertised as 4-star, the standard was far below expectations. Some staff were friendly and helpful, especially the driver, and we appreciate that, but overall this was a very disappointing experience. Happy to continue to discuss with hotel management about how improvements can be made. So Feel UNCOMFORTABLE to stay do not book.

This place needs a renovation. Really old and surely needs a renovation. The staff in the front were helpful and nice. Could hardly find any staff at the restaurant and pool after breakfast. So needed to go out to eat. Also needed to checkout a day early because there was no early boats to go back to Ko Samui to catch my flight. The office was not helpful and pretty much just said no refund not their fault. They could have offered breakfast or drink in exchange but again, just terrible customer service in the main office side. Although the invoice stated cancellation charges if no checkin.

Located slightly far from center, but because of it, beach is completely private and quiet. You can relax in very good atmosphere. Staffs are very nice. If you would like to go to festivals, they serve taxi.
