The facilities are comfortable and clean, making for an overall stay that exceeded expectations. The hotel provides communal washing machines, microwaves, and vending machines, which are incredibly practical for long trips. The room has great natural light, and the mattress is soft and comfortable for sleeping. There are plenty of charging outlets. The lobby offers complimentary small items like face masks and tea bags, showing thoughtful attention to detail. It's a ten-minute walk from popular attractions, and a night stroll around the area has a fantastic atmosphere. The cleanliness is impeccable, with no strange odors, and the Wi-Fi speed is stable. The service is responsive; they patiently answered all our questions when storing luggage and asking for directions. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was tiny, with the window right above the head of the bed. We were given a room at the very end of the hall, which was right next to the self-service laundry room. On the bright side, the location was excellent, only about a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori. The front desk also offered complimentary small packets of skincare products, cotton swabs, etc., for guests to take. For self-check-in, definitely avoid the rush hour around 3 PM when it gets crowded with tourists. You can also store your luggage for free at the front desk.

The hotel is quite close to the subway exit, and check-in is self-service. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel downstairs, and a 24-hour duty-free shop across the street. Shinsaibashi is just a 10-minute walk away, so you can easily restock in the middle of the night. Like most budget hotels in Japanese city centers, the room is quite small, but you can slide your luggage under the bed. On the first floor, you can pick up complimentary toiletries, including lotions, emulsions, and facial cleansers. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and plan to be out exploring all day, this hotel offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay here. The first time, I had a room for two people and it was tiny. This time, I booked a triple room and they upgraded us, which made it much more spacious. The location is super convenient; it's about a 5-6 minute walk from Nihonbashi subway station. Getting to the airport is easy too, as the airport shuttle stop is just a five-minute walk away. Dotonbori is right across the street, and Shinsaibashi is within walking distance. There are also plenty of drugstores nearby for shopping, and a 7-Eleven just a short walk down the street, which is always packed and bustling. The only downside is that the hotel's washing machines are always in use. I tried to use one countless times on my first day, carrying my dirty laundry back and forth, but it was still busy even past 1 AM. I finally managed to use one at 3:30 PM the next day.

The facilities are complete, and the hygiene and environment are acceptable. Since I wasn't staying in Osaka for long this time and didn't have high expectations for accommodation, value for money was the most important factor. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

The hotel's location is fantastic, really close to the main shopping street. It's right next to a famous Udon noodle spot, and the airport bus stop is just 50 meters away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.
