Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba

This is our second stop in Kyoto, and both hotels are 4-star, but you really can't appreciate how good Hotel Gracery is without a comparison. Aside from the slightly small rooms, everything from the facilities to the service is absolutely flawless. Unless you're traveling with two 28-inch suitcases, you won't feel cramped. First off, the room cleanliness is excellent; all the hand towels and bath towels are replaced daily. The amenities are great. There's a self-service coffee machine with freshly ground coffee on the first floor, along with an ice maker and a water purifier, all free of charge. There's also a washing machine and dryer available. They provide various bath powders for soaking, and a bath in the tub is just incredibly comfortable. All the complimentary mini toiletries are from the Sekkisui brand (including makeup remover, moisturizer, etc.). The hotel is very disabled-friendly with comprehensive facilities. Service is excellent: check-in, check-out, and even shipping luggage to our next destination were all smooth and the staff were very enthusiastic. It's also very convenient to get to the subway station and Namba Parks for shopping. Whether for leisure or business, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

Great location, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The Nankai train takes you directly to the airport. The room was small but had a good dry/wet separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also decent. My only complaint is that the duvet cover was very uncomfortable!

This hotel is super close to Namba Station; you can see it right after taking Exit 32. It's also very convenient for getting to Kansai Airport. We booked a triple room, and breakfast was included, which suited our taste perfectly. Regarding some reviews mentioning uncomfortable duvets, when we stayed, we noticed the hotel thoughtfully placed a sheet under the duvet to resolve that issue entirely. Toiletries are available at the front desk for self-service. They even have special bath salts for foot soaks and samples of Sekkisei products, including cleansing oil, face wash, and toner/lotion. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

The room was very clean, conveniently located near the subway and Shinsaibashi, and the staff were quite helpful.
