Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba. The room was cozy and well‑maintained, and the staff were exceptionally courteous throughout my stay. The location is superb — just a short walk to Namba Station, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and transport. The hotel offers 24‑hour complimentary coffee, which was excellent and very much appreciated. Overall, this hotel provides great value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

The room is so spacious oh my!! Compared to those I stayed before in Osaka, this twin room is specious enough to open 2 26inch luggage still with walk way! Right next to subway station. Clean and good service! Definitely my first choice to stay in Osaka

We had a really nice stay here. The hotel was super clean, which made it feel comfortable right away, and the staff were honestly so kind and welcoming. The location is really handy too about a 10-minute walk to Osaka Market and only a couple of minutes to the train stations, so getting around was easy. The staff were really helpful. They suggested taking a bus back to the airport, about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. It ended up being such a good tip, especially since we had a lot of luggage! Would definitely stay here again.

Room has the basic amenities required and staff is very friendly. however we felt that the bed was not very comfortable and the room is quite small - but this is common for rooms in japan, as long as you are aware of the room size at the time of booking we can’t complain.

Room was quite spacious compared to other hotels nearby. Its about a 10 minute walk to dotonbori, quite good for couple stay!

The location was excellent. There were many places we could walk to. The staff were very kind and helpful, and we really appreciated their assistance. Thank you. We would especially like to thank the staff members who helped us book our golf round. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful time playing at a beautiful golf course.

Overall, I had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Osaka, with easy access to both bus and subway stations.
