Hyatt Regency Suzhou

Came to Suzhou for a concert on August 23rd and booked the Hyatt. My stay exceeded expectations. The convenient location was something I already knew, but the hotel service far surpassed what I anticipated. There's a dedicated staff member, Julie, who added me on WeChat and provided butler-style service throughout my stay. Special commendation! ^_^

Our last stop in Suzhou this summer was the perfect Hyatt experience. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Supervisor Xiao Ren (Mr. Ren) was conscientious, responsible, and attentive to guests. They proactively offered to help guests with luggage, which was a nice touch.👍 The Guest House executive lounge service was excellent. Under the guidance of supervisor Sheila Wang, the young ladies, Huanhuan and Jiaojiao, were diligent, had gentle demeanors, and worked well as a team. Ms. Lu (on the 26th floor) from housekeeping was very meticulous and paid attention to details (she noticed a flaw in the freshly changed bed linens and replaced them with new ones). I was truly impressed during my extended stay!

Before my arrival, Butler Susu proactively reached out to me and helped me change my room type, which was handled very promptly. The room facilities were well-maintained. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to Moonlight Dock. The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The common areas are quiet and pleasant, and the staff are enthusiastic and attentive.

Always great, as usual! The facilities are a bit old, and the public areas of Hyatt Regency Suzhou are fantastic. It's a shame the rooms themselves are quite dated; I bet a renovation would make this place skyrocket!

Stayed at this hotel for a concert. I thought the breakfast would be plentiful, but it was a bit disappointing—not much variety, though the noodles were delicious. There's a osmanthus scent when you enter, so it's not completely odorless. A staff member at the entrance consistently opens and closes doors and helps with luggage.

The hotel environment is great, the location is very convenient, and parking is also very easy. The hotel is pet-friendly and even prepared a generous gift package for pets, which included a leash and snacks. The entire floor is pet-friendly, and our dog was very happy! Our concierge, Susu, was also excellent, very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and always available to answer our questions. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I came to Suzhou for Wang Leehom's concert and after looking around, I chose the Hyatt. Every staff member made me feel right at home, and our butler Julie was always quick to answer any questions and contact me promptly. The breakfast included many local Suzhou specialties, with plenty of freshly made items, and the taste was quite good. The hotel's location is in Times Square. After the concert, it was raining heavily and difficult to get a taxi, so it was great to be able to take the subway directly back to the hotel without having to go outside. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This time, my family of three went to Suzhou for a three-day trip, taking our child to see Wang Leehom's concert. We stayed at the Hyatt, and I have to say, Julie's service was incredibly thoughtful! She contacted us in advance to go over everything, including parking navigation, breakfast arrangements, and all the services included with the Executive Lounge access. She even specially arranged a welcome gift for our child, late check-out, and a breakfast upgrade. Everything we could think of, and even things we couldn't, were taken care of. It was absolutely superb!!!
