Hyatt Regency Suzhou

Before check-in, our butler Cindy called and connected with us on WeChat. She answered all our questions about parking and nearby subways, which made our stay very pleasant and the experience excellent. Cindy's service was also very thoughtful; she even checked in with us in the evening to see if we needed anything, which made us feel really warm inside. Next time we're in Suzhou, we'll definitely choose the Hyatt Regency Jinji Lake again. The location is great, the breakfast service is well-organized, transportation is convenient, shopping is a breeze, and ordering takeout is easy. It's also quite close to the Olympic Sports Center, perfect for catching a show!😜

The hotel facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the service is attentive. There's also a shopping mall nearby, which makes it convenient for dining and browsing. The Eslite Bookstore nearby is also a great place to explore. The kids were very happy with everything.

The hotel is surrounded by a wide variety of shops and restaurants, with three commercial areas offering food and drink options all within a five-minute walk. The service was excellent; I arrived at 11 PM, and they upgraded my room and quickly arranged a baby crib. The bathtub was huge, and my floor was very quiet.

Facilities: The room had a foul odor, and the room facing the road was very noisy during the day. I ended up changing rooms. Cleanliness: It was okay. Environment: City view, facing the rooftop equipment of the building opposite. Close to Eslite Bookstore and the subway, making it convenient for getting around. Service: Needs improvement. The room card stopped working after one night during my two-day stay. When I returned late, I couldn't open the door. I was then asked to queue and re-check in.

This stay exceeded my expectations! Our butler, Julie, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She contacted me the day before check-in to go over all the details, and then proactively coordinated with other staff to ensure a smooth check-in process on the day itself. Throughout our stay, Julie was quick to respond to all our requests and provided satisfactory solutions every time. Overall, this stay was fantastic value for money!

It was so lovely to just relax with my best friend at the hotel, quietly looking at the lake and catching up on everything. The location is excellent, really convenient for getting to concerts and Eslite Bookstore. We had a wonderful vacation.

The overall service was good, and the environment and facilities were decent, making it a good choice for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. There are also shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so you can bring your family along. It was great!

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Suzhou far exceeded my expectations. The Executive Lounge, located on the 28th floor, offers spectacular views of Jinji Lake and the 'Big Trousers' (Suzhou IFS) while you enjoy delicious food. The service from the Executive Lounge team, especially Sheila, Delia, Keets, Chisa, and Vivian, was truly remarkable. They were all incredibly polite, warm, and attentive, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs without any hesitation. A thoughtful detail was the Executive Lounge's reception desk being discreetly placed in the corridor, which effectively prevented noise when it was busy – a testament to their meticulous planning. Dining was also excellent. The hot food selection was good and varied, and dishes were replenished promptly. While the breakfast spread wasn't the largest, the tranquil environment and superb views more than made up for it. The Hyatt Regency Suzhou boasts a prime location, directly above Times Square subway station. Popular landmarks like Eslite Bookstore and Jinji Lake are all within walking distance. Whether for business or leisure, the Executive Lounge experience made me feel right at home. Highly recommended!

I've been to Suzhou many times, but this was my first stay at this (not so new) hotel. The facilities are well-maintained, but what really stood out was the service. A special shout-out to White from Guest Relations, who contacted me before arrival to make sure everything was ready for my check-in. The entire hotel's service system is complete and efficient.
