I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The staff were so helpful from offering restaurant suggestions and a map of places to visit. I slept in one day and they went above and beyond to still offer me breakfast. The customer service was amazing and I highly suggest staying here if you are in Evora. A charming little gem. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and they would cook eggs, bacon, and pancakes if you want them.

I first stayed at this hotel in 2019, right before COVID, and it left such a strong impression that I made it a point to return years later. What stood out then still stands out now: the warmth of the staff, the charm of the property, the cozy atmosphere, and the attention to every small detail. The hotel feels like a true gem within Évora — perfectly situated, beautifully maintained, and close enough to enjoy the town while still feeling peaceful and special. The staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming, and the entire experience feels personal rather than transactional. Of all the places I visited across Spain and Portugal on my last trip, this hotel was the one that stayed with me the most. Returning here confirmed why. It has the rare quality of making you feel both at home and somewhere truly memorable. Because of this experience, I’m also looking forward to staying with the Unlock group in Lisbon and expect the same level of care and hospitality.

Loved our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful with any requests. We had the family room and the living space with kitchen was perfect. Breakfast was yummy and we were a short walk away from the main sites. Would highly recommend.
