Hyatt Regency Times Square

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. However, the room lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker and even glasses. It was also very noisy; I could constantly hear police cars and ambulances passing by downstairs, along with elevator sounds and doors slamming shut. The soundproofing is really poor.

Great location, just a few steps from Times Square and close to Broadway theaters. The check-in staff were lovely; they allowed an early check-in and waived the fee.

This hotel boasts an excellent central location right in the heart of Times Square, New York. It's incredibly convenient for getting around; most places I wanted to visit were within walking distance, saving me the hassle of taking taxis. I'd highly recommend it for first-time visitors to New York.

The room isn't huge, but the lighting makes it feel bright and cozy. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which made showering take a long time. Breakfast included a hot drink, a main bread item, a piece of fruit, and a juice. The location is absolutely fantastic, right across from the Chicago Theatre, on Times Square. It's incredibly convenient to walk everywhere. New York's surface traffic is too congested, so walking and the subway are much better. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I was sound asleep when suddenly, around 9 AM, someone started banging on the door very rudely and then just opened it with a card. Luckily, I had the security chain on. The person just yelled "good morning" and left. I tried to complain, but no one was willing to listen. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel has been fully renovated – everything is brand new. The room is large, modern, with a quiet air conditioner and a luxurious king-size bed. The lobby is nice, and the cocktails are delicious. There were no issues with getting the deposit back.
