Qingshan No. 1 Longji Courtyard

I stayed for two days, and the owner's service attitude was superb. It's one of the best services I've experienced while traveling both domestically and internationally over the years. The accommodation's location is a prime spot for photos, very Instagrammable. Their food is also excellent; I highly recommend the candied taro. When it's hot, you can pull it into strings – anyone who loves sweet and sticky treats must try it. During my two-day stay, I encountered several groups of foreigners, and I even saw their place featured on international social media platforms. Anyway, next time I visit Longji, I'll definitely choose them again and stay for a few more days to truly relax...

This guesthouse stay was truly fantastic, probably the most delightful part of my entire Guilin trip. The location and view are simply unbeatable. As soon as you open the window, you're greeted by the stunning, layered terraced fields. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee, just relaxing, makes time slow down. The facilities are also excellent, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The restaurant is on the rooftop terrace. We ordered the bamboo tube chicken and beer duck, both authentic and delicious. The owner even treated us to some homemade rice wine, which was sweet and delightful – a complete surprise. What impressed me most was the owner and staff's warm and thoughtful hospitality. They proactively helped wash our clothes and returned them to our room, patiently explained fun routes and lesser-known attractions nearby, and even kindly arranged transportation to and from the Dazhai parking lot and halfway up the mountain. We didn't have to worry about transportation at all during our entire stay. From the scenery and food to the service, every detail was carefully considered. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Longji Terraces; it's absolutely worth the trip!

Absolutely loved this guesthouse! The service was top-notch, and both the facilities and amenities were excellent. Our family room was spacious and bright. Any requests we had were addressed immediately. We had all our meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – right here, making it perfect for a family staycation. The views of Longji in August were also incredibly stunning!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The guesthouse has a very stylish design with thoughtful and cozy touches throughout. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' drive from the Golden Summit cable car. The overall environment is quiet with beautiful views, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owner is incredibly nice. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

The B&B's location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views directly overlooking the terraced fields – truly picturesque! You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into it. You can drive quite close to the B&B, and they'll help you with your luggage up a short flight of steps. The B&B's car provides transfers to the cable car station (for viewing platform 3 and Jinfo Peak). Viewing platform 2 is just opposite; they'll drop you at the foot of the mountain, and it's a 15-25 minute climb to viewing platform 2 (the Thousand-Layer Heavenly Ladders). We had dinner on the first day and lunch on the second day at the B&B, and the food was delicious, especially the egg-fried rice, which had that wonderful 'wok hei' flavor. They served complimentary rice wine with every meal, which was sweet and had a very low alcohol content. The B&B also offers coffee and other beverages. They even gifted us two bottles of rice wine at the end! We booked two rooms; this particular room faced the terraced fields directly and had a balcony. You can also try catching fish in the rice paddies, which was a lot of fun.

The room view was fantastic, definitely worth the trip! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We went fishing in the evening, and the fish was served for dinner – the food was delicious and the portions were generous. They also offer shuttle service near the scenic lookout, which was super convenient. So glad we chose this place!
