Grand Bay Hotel Zhuhai

This was a really great stay. I wasn't completely satisfied with the room type during check-in, but they very patiently helped us change to a different one. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of breads.

The room was very clean and cozy, with a great view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The bedding was super comfortable, and I especially loved the exquisite breakfast. It's definitely a worthwhile stay for families.

After escaping Chimelong, I came to the Seaview Hotel, and it was a rare moment of peace and relaxation. The hotel's location is superb, offering a distant view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and just across the street from the seaside promenade. During the Spring Festival, we caught the concentrated fireworks display in Zhuhai and got to watch to our heart's content. Not far away is the must-visit Jin Yue Xuan restaurant, which truly lives up to its reputation. When we left, I unexpectedly met Mr. Shi Xiaoyuan, the concierge, and once again experienced the warmth of Chinese hospitality. I look forward to my next stay at Ban Shan Hai Wan in Beijing and their hotel in Chengdu!

During my stay over the Chinese New Year, what impressed me most was how much the staff cared. From the moment we checked in, Manager Juanjuan from housekeeping personally visited our room and even brought us a lucky gift bag with auspicious meanings. Every day, we received warm greetings and gentle reminders about meal times. Traveling with a child, I was a bit worried about dining arrangements, but Manager Juanjuan was incredibly thoughtful and helped us sort everything out – I'm truly grateful for that. I'm quite particular about pillows, and I found the ones in the room a bit too flat. After mentioning it to Manager Juanjuan, she promptly provided an extra cassia seed pillow, which was incredibly comfortable. This level of service alone motivated me to write a positive review, as I had such a good night's sleep that night, feeling completely at ease, just like at home. Many thanks to Manager Juanjuan for her two days of excellent service and assistance. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The service and breakfast at the Grand Hyatt are definitely highlights. From Mr. Geng and Mr. Wang, who handled the pier transfers, to Manager Shi at the concierge, Ms. Zhou at the front desk, and Ms. Pan at the restaurant, everyone was incredibly professional and enthusiastic. The staff are clearly well-trained. The hotel is nestled against the mountains and faces the sea, and our upgraded sea-view room offered fantastic views. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was great too. Overall, it was a very good experience, exceeding our expectations!👍

The hotel's exterior is impressive, and the sea view from the window is expansive, perfect for watching the sunrise 🌅. The service is very personalized. The hotel restaurant also offers a rich breakfast spread. The hotel provides a dedicated shuttle service to Chimelong and a special car to the train station when checking out.
