Remm Shin-Osaka

Every stay at Hotel Rem Shin-Osaka is always a delight! This time, I was assigned a room type I hadn't stayed in before, and the bathroom was bright, which I really liked. Even though it's a small room, the layout is incredibly well-thought-out. What's also fantastic is that the hotel *requires* a mandatory cleaning every 3 days. I was staying for 4 nights and felt a bit awkward requesting cleaning, but it turns out the hotel insists on it! So great. And every single staff member at the front desk is incredibly kind and friendly. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to the Shinkansen, JR, and subway lines. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next stay. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Location: Probably the only hotel located right inside Shin-Osaka Station. You don't even need to exit the station; just head to the north exit and you're there. Facilities: The rooms are cramped. If you have large luggage, this isn't the place for you. Don't book a queen room for two people – you'll be constantly bumping into things just trying to move around. Service: Mostly self-service, but there was a friendly guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and the service was good.

Getting around is super convenient. You don't even have to leave Osaka Station to get to the hotel's front desk on the 12th floor, which is a huge plus during rainy season. The room isn't big, and the double bed is quite small, but it has everything you need. The only downside was that the cleanliness was a bit subpar; there were stains on the pillows.

It was so hard to find, I was lugging a big suitcase around for ages... The location is actually pretty convenient, right above Shin-Osaka Station. The biggest advantage is how easy it is to get around.
